بهبودبخشی بسترهای تاریخی و طبیعی شهری با بهره‌گیری از رویکرد منظرفرهنگی

هسته اولیه بسیاری از شهرها در زمینه‌ای تاریخی و طبیعی شکل‌گرفته و رشد یافته است که می‌توان آن را بستر نامید. به‌مرور زمان، ‏با گسترش شهرها و تحولات تکنولوژیکی، اقتصادی و جمعیتی، این بسترها به حاشیه رانده شده و به بافت‌هایی ناکارآمد و نیمه‌فعال ‏تبدیل شده‌اند. ازآنجاکه بهبودبخشی مجموعه اقداماتی است که باهدف تقویت ویژگی‌های مثبت بافت‌ها و بناها انجام می‌گیرد و از ‏طرفی، توانمندی‌های بالقوه تاریخی و طبیعی، نقاط قوت این بسترها هستند، تقویت این نقاط قوت، ساماندهی و بازآبادانی بسترهای ‏تاریخی و طبیعی را موجب می‌شود. نظر به اینکه منظرفرهنگی، هم‌زمان به طبیعت و فرهنگ توجه دارد و این دو وجه، بن‌مایه‌های ‏مشترک میان منظرفرهنگی و بسترهای تاریخی و طبیعی هستند، رویکرد موثری در بهبودبخشی و تقویت بسترهای شهری است.‏هدف این پژوهش این است که چه مولفه‌هایی از منظرفرهنگی باعث تقویت ویژگی‌های فضایی، عملکردی و فرهنگی و درنهایت ‏بهبودبخشی این بسترها می‌شود. براین‌اساس پژوهش با واکاوی در مفهوم منظرفرهنگی و توضیح و تشریح آن و درنهایت با تبیین ‏ترازهای تکوینی و تداومی منظرفرهنگی، مولفه‌های کاربردی موثر را از آن‌ها را استخراج کرده است. روش پژوهش این مقاله کیفی ‏و تحلیلی است. با گردآوری داده‌ها از منابع کتابخانه‌ای، مرور نظریات، اسناد و کنوانسیون‌ها انجام‌شده و بعد از تحلیل مفاهیم، به ‏تبیین ترازهای تکوینی و تداومی منظرفرهنگی و درنهایت مولفه‌های کاربردی برآمده از آنها پرداخته شده است.‏نتایج پژوهش نشان‌دهنده آن است که وحدت ترازهای تکوینی و تداومی منظرفرهنگی، سه مولفه‌ی کاربردی اصالت و یکپارچگی _ ‏خوانایی، اصالت و یکپارچگی _ انعطاف‌پذیری و اصالت و یکپارچگی _ خاطره‌انگیزی به دست می‌دهد که هر کدام به ترتیب بر ‏تقویت ویژگی‌های فرمی _ کالبدی، عملکردی _ فعالیتی و فرهنگی _ اجتماعی موثر بوده و از این رهگذار فرم، عملکرد و معنای ‏بسترهای تاریخی و طبیعی شهرها احیاء شده و بهبودبخشی و بازآبادانی آن‌ها محقق می‌شود. ‏

improvement of historic and natural urban settings with a cultural landscape approach

the primary core of many cities has been formed and developed in a historical and natural ‎setting, which can be called the base. over time and with the expansion of cities and ‎technological, economic, and demographic developments, these platforms have been ‎marginalized and turned into inefficient and semi-active textures. since the improvement ‎is a set of actions that aim to strengthen the positive characteristics of the texture and ‎buildings, and on the other hand, the potential historical and natural capabilities are the ‎strengths of these settings, strengthening these strengths will lead to the organization and ‎rehabilitation of the historical and natural settings. considering that cultural landscape ‎pays attention to nature and culture at the same time, and these two aspects are the ‎common foundations between cultural landscape and historical and natural settings, it is ‎an effective approach to improving and strengthening urban settings‏.‏the purpose of this research is to find out which components from the cultural perspective ‎strengthen the spatial, functional‏,‏‎ and cultural characteristics and ultimately improve ‎these settings. therefore, the research has analyzed and explained the concept of cultural ‎landscape and finally, by explaining the levels of development and continuity of cultural ‎landscape, it has extracted effective practical components from them. the research ‎method of this article is qualitative and analytical. by collecting data from library ‎sources, a review of ideas, documents‏,‏‎ and conventions was done and after analyzing the ‎concepts, the formative and continuity levels and practical components of the cultural ‎landscape were explained‏.‏the results of the research show that the unity of the formative and continuity levels of ‎the cultural landscape gives three practical components: authenticity and integrity - ‎legibility, authenticity‏,‏‎ and integrity - flexibility, and authenticity and integrity - ‎memorable, each of which respectively strengthens the formal - physical characteristics, ‎functional - activity and cultural - social natural historical settings‏ ‏and in this way, form, ‎function‏,‏‎ and meaning are revived and improvement and rehabilitation of the settings is ‎realized‏.‏
