مطالعۀ جایگاه بازار در فرآیند تغییر ساختار فضایی شهر کاشان

بازار از دیرباز ازنظر اقتصادی و فرهنگی اجتماعی، مهم‌ترین بخش و هستۀ اصلی شهر کاشان بوده ‏است. در طی یک‌صد سال اخیر با وقوع توسعة شهری، کاشان دچار دگرگونی‏های ساختاری مهمی شده که نتیجۀ آن گسستگی بازار از بستر شهری، به حاشیه رانده ‏شدن آن و درنتیجه عدم رونق کسب‏و‏کار است. این تغییرات که به طور عمده با ساخت خیابان‌ همراه بوده‌اند، باعث شده تا بخش‌هایی همچون بازار نو مسگرها تخریب شود و یا مانند بازار پانخل راه انزوا پیش بگیرد. هدف مشخص کردن تاثیر تغییرات ایجادشدۀ ناشی از ساخت خیابان‌ها بر ساختار فضایی شهر و نقش بازار در آن ساختار است؛ لذا پژوهشی توصیفی تبیینی و ازنظر کاربست، کاربردی است. روش تحقیق به کار گرفته‌شده در این مقاله که بر مطالعۀ ساختار فضایی شهر استوار است و ترکیبی از روش‌های کمی و کیفی است، شامل سنجش پیکره‌بندی شهر بر اساس روش نحو فضا و همچنین مطالعۀ کارکردی بازار که نتایج آن در قالب رویکردی کل‌نگر و تفسیری و بر پایۀ خصوصیات تاریخی و نقش بازار و اجزاء آن در ساخت کلی شهر توصیف و تبیین می‌شوند. برای نیل به هدف، وضعیت ساخت فضایی شهر در سه دورۀ مختلف در طی سدۀ حاضر بازسازی و مطالعه خواهد شد. یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که از دهۀ 1300 تا دهۀ 1340 و با ساخت مجموعه‌ای از خیابان‌ها، جایگاه بازار در ساخت شهر منسجم، در آغاز این سده تضعیف شده است و مجموعه‌ای از خیابان‌های یادشده ساخت فضایی شطرنجی شکل جدیدی را شکل داده‌اند که نقش بازار در آن کم‌رنگ شده است. با ادامۀ تغییرات، هم توسعۀ شهر و ساخت فضایی جدید که به‌سوی غرب و جنوب غربی رشد یافته سبب شده بازار در نسبت با شهر تاریخی در انزوا قرار گیرد و هم بازار تحت تاثیر خیابان‌های پیرامون خود تغییرات وسیعی کرده است. به نظر می‌رسد تحت تاثیر چنین خیابان‎‌هایی، بازار از بافت شهری پیرامون خود منفک شده و عناصر و اجزاء بازار یکپارچگی اولیۀ خود را از دست‌ داده‌اند.

Study on the effect of Bazaar on the Transformation process of the Spatial Structure of Kashan

Since old ages, Bazaar has been considered to be the most important sector and central core of Kashan, both economically and socially. During the last century, with the urban development of Kashan, the city has undergone significant structural transformations, resulting in the separation of bazaar from urban context, marginalization of the Bazaar and, consequently, the downfall of the business. These changes, which usually coincide with street construction, have led to destruction in parts such as the new copperworkers’s bazaar and deterioration in other parts such as panakhl bazaar.  The goal is to study the effects of changes caused by street construction on the spatial structure of the city and the role of bazaar in it. Based on it’s goals, this is an applied research which uses descriptiveexplanatory method.  this paper which is based on studying the city’s spatial structure and includes a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, relies on spatial analysis using space syntax method in addition to functional study of bazaar, and the results are explained using a generalized and interpretive approach based on historical features and roles of bazaar in the overall urban structure. . To achieve this goal, the spatial structure of the city in three different periods during the current century are studied.  The results show that with the construction of  a series of streets in Kashan from  1300’s up to 1340’s, Bazaar gradually lost its centrality in the city and the aforementioned streets have created a grid structure, in which the bazaar has little role. As a result of these changes, urban development and the new spatial structure oriented towards west and southwest, have caused the bazaar to become isolated in relation to the historical city and the streets have led to major changes in it. It seems that these streets have isolated the bazaar from it’s urban context and it’s elements have lost their original integrity.
