ارزیابی وضعیت کمی و کیفی طرح پزشک خانواده از دیدگاه پزشکان خانواده، تیم سلامت و کارشناسان ستادی

مقدمه: پزشک خانواده به عنوان تصمیم‌گیرنده در سلامت منطقه و جامعه تحت پوشش باید دانش و توانمندی لازم را برای تصمیم‌گیری مناسب و منطقی بر اساس پروتکل‌ها و دستور العمل‌های وزارتی در طرح پزشک خانواده و نظام ارجاع داشته باشد. هدف این مطالعه، ارزیابی وضعیت کمی و کیفی طرح پزشک خانواده از دیدگاه پزشکان خانواده، اعضای تیم سلامت و کارشناسان ستادی بود.مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه توصیفی به روش مقطعی انجام شد. نمونه شامل پزشکان خانواده (67 نفر) شاغل در شبکه بهداشتی درمانی استان گلستان (ایران) و اعضای تیم سلامت (290 نفر) در سال 1399 بود. برای ارزیابی کمی به سامانه ناب مراجعه گردید و در قسمت ارزیابی کیفی، پرسشنامه‌ای محقق‌ساخته شامل اطلاعات دموگرافیک و بررسی ابعاد مختلف برنامه پزشک خانواده برای هریک از گروه‌های پزشکان و اعضای تیم سلامت طراحی شد.نتایج: میزان رضایتمندی پزشکان و تیم سلامت بالاتر از متوسط بود (به ترتیب 0.51 و 0.54). کمترین میزان رضایتمندی در هر دو گروه در بعد حقوق و مزایا و بیشترین آن در پزشکان مربوط به نظام ثبت و گزارش‌دهی و در تیم سلامت مربوط به نظام پایش و ارزشیابی بود.نتیجه‌گیری: طرح پزشک خانواده در مرحله برنامه‌ریزی، اجرا و ارزیابی خالی از اشکال نبوده و دارای چالش‌هایی است که لزوم توجه سیاست‌گذاران را به منظور انجام اصلاحات گوشزد می‌کند.

Assessing the Quantitative and Qualitative Status of the Family Physician Plan from the Perspective of Family Physicians, Health Team Members and Staff Experts

Introduction: The family physician as a decision maker in the health of the region and the community covered should have the necessary knowledge and ability to make appropriate and logical decisions based on the protocols and instructions of the ministry in the family physician plan and referral system. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the quantitative and qualitative status of the family physician plan from the perspective of family physicians, health team members and staff experts.Materials and Methods: This descriptive crosssectional study was performed. The sample included family physicians (67 people) working in the health care network of Golestan province (Iran) and members of the health team (290 people) in 1399. For quantitative evaluation, the lean system was referred to and in the qualitative evaluation section, a researchermade questionnaire including demographic information and examination of different dimensions of the family physician program was designed for each group of physicians and members of the health team.Results: The satisfaction of physicians and health team was above average (0.51 and 0.54, respectively). The lowest level of satisfaction in both groups in terms of salaries and benefits and the highest in physicians related to the registration and reporting system and in the health team related to the monitoring and evaluation system.Conclusion: The family physician plan in the planning, implementation and evaluation phase is not without its drawbacks and has challenges that warn the need for policy makers to make reforms.
