اثر اقتصادی، اجتماعی و سیاسی جهانی‌شدن بر امید به زندگی زنان و مردان در ایران

مقدمه: یکی از موضوعاتی که امروزه باعث به چالش کشیده شدن بسیاری از کشورها شده است موضوع جهانی سازی است. ازآنجایی‌که بخش سلامت نیز در جهان به‌سرعت در حال رشد است، لذا این مطالعه برای اولین بار به بررسی اثر مولفه‌های اقتصادی، اجتماعی و سیاسی جهانی‌شدن بر امید به زندگی زنان و مردان در ایران پرداخته است.مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه به صورت توصیفی تحلیلی و کاربردی با استفاده از داده های سری زمانی با رویکرد اقتصاد کلان انجام شد. داده های مولفه‌های اقتصادی، اجتماعی و سیاسی جهانی‌شدن از kof و داده های دیگر همگی از بانک جهانی استخراج شده و دوره زمانی 1979 تا 2018 را شامل می شود. مدل‌ها در نرم‌افزار stata 14 و با روش رگرسیون کوانتیل برآورد شده است.نتایج: با توجه به مقایسه نتایج بدست آمده می توان دریافت شاخص اجتماعی جهانی شدن و سپس شاخص اقتصادی جهانی شدن، تاثیر مهم و معناداری بر امید به زندگی مردان نسبت به زنان در ایران داشته است و شاخص سیاسی جهانی شدن اثر معناداری نداشته است. همچنین اثر شاخص اجتماعی جهانی‌شدن بر امید به زندگی مردان بیش از 2 برابر اثر این شاخص بر امید به زندگی زنان محاسبه شده است.نتیجه گیری: با توجه به تاثیرپذیری بیشتر امید به زندگی مردان نسبت به زنان، پیشنهاد می شود نقش زنان در مسائل اجتماعی به میزان لازم دیده شود و به ویژه با غنا بخشی به زندگی زنان، احساس امید و مفید بودن اجتماعی در آنان افزایش یابد. از سوی دیگر فرهنگ سازی استفاده از ملزومات اجتماعی جهانی شدن، تقویت ادغام اقتصادی در فرآیند اقتصادی جهانی‌شدن جهت بهبود حوزه سلامت و افزایش امید به زندگی مردان و زنان در ایران اکیدا توصیه می شود.

The Economic, Social and Political Effects of Globalization on the Life Expectancy of Men and Women in Iran

Introduction: Globalization is today one of the issues that has challenged many countries. As rapid growing the health in the world, this study is the first to examine the effect of economic, social and political components of globalization on the life expectancy of men and women in Iran.Materials and Methods: This study was a descriptiveanalytical and applied study using time series data with a macroeconomic approach. The economic, social, and political components of globalization data are all extracted from the KOF and other data from the World Bank, covering the period 1979 to 2018. The models are estimated in Stata 14 software using quantum regression method.Results: According to the comparison of the obtained results, it can be seen that the social index of globalization and then the economic index of globalization has a significant effect on the life expectancy of men compared to women in Iran. But the political index of globalization has not had a significant effect. Also, the effect of the globalization index of globalization on men #39;s life expectancy has been calculated more than twice the effect of this index on women #39;s life expectancy.Conclusion: Due to the greater susceptibility of men #39;s life expectancy than women, it is suggested that the role of women in social issues be seen to the extent necessary, and especially by enriching women #39;s lives, increase their sense of hope and social usefulness.
