بررسی تاثیر ترس ناشی از کووید-19 و نقش واسطه‌گری واکنش پذیری هیجانی، افسردگی و اضطراب بر وسواس فکری-عملی؛ یک مطالعه مروری

این مطالعه مروری با هدف بررسی مطالعات انجام‌شده در زمینه پیامدهای روان‌شناختی ویروس کرونا در ایجاد نشانه‌های وسواس فکری عملی در دوران کرونا در زمان پنومونی انجام گرفت. نتایج حاصل از بررسی مقالات نشان داد ترس از ابتلا به کووید19 دارای تاثیری مثبت و معنی‌دار بر اختلال وسواس فکریعملی می‌باشد. علاوه بر این، ترس از ابتلا به کووید19 در نشانه افسردگی و اضطراب نقش مثبت و پیش‌بینی‌کننده دارد. همچنین، ترس از ابتلا به کووید19 افراد دارای اختلال وسواس فکریعملی را تحت تاثیر قرار می‌دهد. این تاثیر در وهله اول با واکنش‌پذیری هیجانی مرتبط است. همچنین سطح بالای واکنش‌پذیری هیجانی تاثیر کووید19 بر اختلال وسواس فکریعملی را نمایان می‌سازد.

The Effect of Covid-19 Fear and Mediating Roles of of Emotional Reactivity, Depression and Anxiety on Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder; A Review Study

This review study was conducted to review the studies on the psychological consequences of Covid19 in the development of symptoms of practical obsessivecompulsive disorder (OCD) during pneumonia. The results showed that fear of developing Covid19 has a positive and significant effect on OCD. In addition, the fear of developing Covid19 plays a positive and predictive role in the symptoms of depression and anxiety. Also, the fear of developing Covid19 affects people with OCD. This effect is primarily related to emotional responsiveness. The high level of emotional responsiveness also demonstrates the effect of Covid19 on OCD.
