روش شناسی مقالات حوزه‌های سلامت معنوی در پایگاه اطلاعاتی پابمد

مقدمه: سلامت معنوی در اسلام در واقع ارتباط و اتصال معنوی انسان با خالق هستی است. این بخش با تعیین حوزه های مختلف سلامت معنوی و اجزای مطالعه امکان انجام دوباره و ارزیابی تحقیق را امکان پذیر می سازد. هدف این پژوهش، تعیین روش شناسی بکار گرفته شده در مقالات نمایه شده در حوزه سلامت معنوی در پایگاه pubmed در سالهای 2000 الی 2018 بود.مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش از نوع پیمایشی توصیفی و مقطعی است. جامعه پژوهش شامل چکیده مقالات حوزه سلامت معنوی بود که از ابتدای سال 2000 الی سال 2018 در پایگاه اطلاعاتی پابمد نمایه شدند. با استفاده از نمونه گیری طبقه ای 350 مقاله بعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند و اطلاعات مورد نیاز با مطالعه این مقالات در فرم جمع آوری داده ها ثبت شد. سپس مقالات به روش تحلیل شبکه ارزیابی شدند. نتایج: در مجموع 350 مقاله مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند که ازین تعداد 54 مقاله توسط نویسندگان ایرانی و 160 مقاله توسط نویسندگان آمریکایی نوشته شده بود. بیشترین نوع مقالات از نوع مطالعات مقطعی بود. 25 مقاله از مجموع کل مقالات از نوع مطالعات ثانویه و 11 مقاله از نوع مطالعات کیفی بودند. بررسی توزیع فراوانی مقالات نشان داد که دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی و دانشگاه آزاد در بین دانشگاه های جهان بیشترین مقالات را دارا بودند.نتیجه گیری: با شناسایی کدها و حوزه های مختلف در زمینه سلامت معنوی و استخراج آن از قرآن و روایات می توان کاربردها و کارکردهای مختلف این حوزه را شناسایی و در بهبود فعالیت های علمی پژوهشگران کمک نمود. مطالعات اولیه نشان داد که مطالعات مشاهده ای در راس مطالعات سلامت معنوی قرار دارد و مطالعات مداخله ای علیرغم تناسب باحیطه های علوم پزشکی از محبوبیت کمتری در بین پژوهشگران برخوردار است. همچنین درصد ناچیزی از کل مطالعات از نوع مطالعات ثانویه است.

Methodology of Articles in the Field of Spiritual Health in the PubMed Database

Introduction: Spiritual health in Islam is in fact the spiritual connection of man with the Creator of the universe. This section makes it possible to reevaluate and evaluate research by identifying different areas of spiritual health and study components. The purpose of this study was to determine the methodology used in articles indexed in the field of spiritual health in the PubMed database from 2000 to 2018.Materials and Methods: This research is a descriptive and crosssectional survey. The research population included abstracts of articles in the field of spiritual health that were indexed in the PubMed database from the beginning of 2000 to 2018. Using stratified sampling, 350 articles were selected as a sample and the required information was recorded in the data collection form by studying these articles. Then the articles were evaluated by network analysis method. Results: A total of 350 articles were reviewed, of which 54 articles were written by Iranian authors and 160 articles by American authors. Most of the articles were crosssectional studies. 25 articles out of the total number of articles were secondary studies and 11 articles were qualitative studies. The study of the frequency distribution of articles showed that Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences and Azad University had the most articles among the worldchr('39')s universities.Conclusion: By identifying different codes and areas in the field of spiritual health and extracting it from the Quran and hadiths, it is possible to identify different applications and functions in this area and help improve the scientific activities of researchers. Preliminary studies have shown that observational studies are at the forefront of spiritual health studies, and interventional studies are less popular among researchers despite their relevance to the medical sciences.
