بررسی وضعیت پاسخ‌گویی در نظام سلامت، یک مطالعه مروری

مقدمه: تاکید بر حقوق انسان در دریافت خدمات بهداشتیدرمانی، زمانی اهمیت می‌یابد که آسیب پذیری بیمار، او را به آسانی درمعرض تخلفات قرار می‌دهد. اهمیت حقوق بیمار و توجه به آن زمانی پررنگ‌تر شد که پاسخ‌گویی به انتظارات غیردرمانی بیماران به عنوان یکی از اهداف نظام‌های سلامت درگزارش جهانی سلامت سال2000 ذکر گردید.مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه، کلیه مقالات منتشر شده بین سال‌های 2000 تا 2016 بودند که با استفاده از کلید واژه‌های پاسخ‌گویی، خدمات سلامت و نظام سلامت در بانک‌های اطلاعاتی داخلی و خارجی یافت شدند. به منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از فرم استخراج داده‌ها که براساس هدف پژوهش طراحی شده بود استفاده گردید. نتیجه این جستجو دستیابی به 39 مقاله مرتبط با موضوع بود که نهایتا 21 مقاله به علت دارا نبودن معیارهای ورود حذف شدند و 18 مقاله وارد مطالعه شدند. یافته‌ها: در پی ارزیابی پاسخ‌گویی در سیستم سلامت، همکاری بیشتر بیماران با اعضای تیم درمان، رضایت از کیفیت خدمات، رضایت از عملکرد پرسنل سلامت ایجاد شد. همچنین بررسی پاسخ‌گویی درمراکز ارائه‌دهنده خدمات سلامت اهمیت بسیار زیادی دارد و در تخصیص منابع و تدوین استراتژی‌های اصلاحی به مدیریت هر چه بهتر خدمات شایانی می‌کند. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به وضعیت کنونی پاسخ‌گویی درمراکز ارائه‌دهنده خدمات سلامت و اهمیت آن، تقویت ابعاد دارای نقاط ضعف باید در اولویت کاری مدیران و سیاست‌گذاران سلامت قرار گیرد.

Investigating the Responsibility in Health System, a Review Study

Introduction: Emphasis on human rights in the provision of health care services becomes important when a patientchr('39')s vulnerability makes him or her vulnerable to abuse. The importance of patient rights and attention to them became more prominent when the response to patientschr('39') nontherapeutic expectations was cited as one of the goals of health systems in the 2000 World Health Report.Materials and Methods: In this study, all articles published between 2000 and 2016 were found in both Iranian and international valuable databases using keywords of responsive, health services, and health system. In order to collect data, a data extraction form based on the research goal was used. The result of this search was the acquisition of 39 related articles, of which 21 articles were eventually removed due to lack of entry criteria, and 18 articles were included in the study.Results: Following the evaluation of accountability in the health system, more cooperation of patients with members of the treatment team, satisfaction with the quality of services, satisfaction with the performance of health personnel was created.
