ارتباط ویژگی های دموگرافیک و کیفیت زندگی در بیماران بستری مبتلا به سرطان

مقدمه: با افزایش شیوع سرطان و اهمیت تاثیر این بیماری بر روی تمام ابعاد زندگی فرد، شناخت ارتباط بین عوامل دموگرافیک و کیفیت زندگی بیماران سرطانی به کارکنان بهداشتی ودرمانی جامعه کمک می کند تا فعالیت های خود را در جهت ارتقا سطح سلامت و بهبود کیفیت زندگی با توجه به سطح نیاز بیماران سازماندهی نمایند.مواد و روش ها: مطالعه حاضر، یک مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی است. در این مطالعه 320 نفر از بیماران بستری مبتلا به سرطان به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه استاندارد بررسی کیفیت زندگی eortcqlqc30 وپرسشنامه اطلاعات دموگرافیک بود. اطلاعات بدست آمده توسط نرم افزارspss نسخه 21 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرارگرفتند.یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد میانگین کیفیت زندگی افراد مورد مطالعه برابر با 14 ±64 و در سطح نسبتا خوب بود. به طور کلی بیماران در حیطه جسمانی عملکرد بهتر و در حیطه اجتماعی عملکرد ضعیف تری داشتند. کیفیت زندگی این بیماران با سن، محل سکونت، تاهل، سطح تحصیلات و داشتن بیمه ارتباط معنی داری (0/001 =p) داشت. همچنین خستگی رایج ترین علامت آزار دهنده در هر دو جنس بوده که مقدار آن در مردان کمی بیشتر از زنان بود، اما این تفاوت معنی دار نبود (0/8= p).نتیجه گیری: برخی ویژگی های دموگرافیک بر کیفیت زندگی بیماران سرطانی تاثیر دارند. پرستاران با آگاهی از وضعیت کیفیت زندگی این بیماران وعوامل تاثیر گذار برآن می توانند نقش مهمی در جهت ارتقا و تداوم بهبودکیفیت زندگی این بیماران داشته باشند.

The Relationship between Demographic Characteristics and Quality of Life in Patients with Cancer

Introduction: With the increasing prevalence of cancer and the importance of the impact of this disease on all aspects of life, understanding the relationship between demographic factors and quality of life of cancer patients helps community health workers improve their health and quality of life with attention. Organize to the level of patients need.Materials and methods: This study is a descriptiveanalytical study. In this study, 320 patients with cancer were selected by purposeful sampling. Data collection tool was EORTCQLQC30 standard questionnaire for demographic information and demographic questionnaire. The data were analyzed by SPSS 21 software.Results: The results showed that the mean score of quality of life of the subjects was 64 ±14 at the level of relatively good. Patients had better performance in the physical domain and weaker in the social domain. The quality of life of these patients was significantly correlated with age, place of residence, marital status, educational level and insurance (P = 0.001). Fatigue was also the most common symptom of both sexes, which was slightly higher in men than women, but this difference was not significant (P = 0.8).Conclusion: Some demographic characteristics affect the quality of life of cancer patients. With awareness of the quality of life of these patients and the factors affecting them, nurses can play an important role in improving and maintaining the quality of life of these patients.
