ارائه مدل ارزیابی و انتخاب تامین‌کنندگان مواد غذایی بیمارستان‌ها در محیط عدم قطعیت

مقدمه: بخش تغذیه و تامین مواد غذایی از مهم‌ترین بخش‌های بیمارستان‌ها برای تعمیم روند بهبود و ارتقای رضایت‌مندی بیماران بوده و انتخاب تامین‌کننده مناسب با در نظر گرفتن معیارهای مناسب، می‌تواند در ایجاد این رضایت‌مندی و بهبود فرآیند تغذیه و سلامت بیماران در بیمارستان‌ها بسیار تاثیرگذار باشد.مواد و روش‌ها: جامعه آماری این پژوهش، بخش تامین مواد غذایی بیمارستان‌های استان آذربایجان غربی و نمونه مورد مطالعه بیمارستان شهید طالقانی شهرستان ارومیه بوده‌است. ابتدا با انجام مطالعات میدانی و کتابخانه‌ای و مرور تحقیقات انجام شده مهمترین معیارهای انتخاب تامین‌کنندگان مواد غذایی بیمارستان‌ها مشخص شد. سپس با اجرای روش بهترین بدترین فازی معیارهای هفت‌گانه مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند و وزن هر معیار مشخص شد. در پایان، با کمک روش تجزیه و تحلیل روابط خاکستری فازی از بین گزینه‌های موجود تامین‌کنندگان برتر شناسایی شدند.یافته ها: براساس یافته‌ها معیارها به ترتیب کیفیت، زمان تحویل، اعتماد، قیمت، پاسخگویی، نیروی انسانی ماهر، و عدم تولید مازاد اولویت‌‌بندی شدند. همچنین با توجه به وزن معیارها از بین 5 تامین‌کننده موجود، تامین‌کننده برتر شناسایی شد.نتیجه‌گیری: رویکرد پیشنهادی پژوهش حاضر می‌تواند برای تصمیم‌گیری در انتخاب تامین‌کنندگان مواد غذایی بیمارستان‌ها مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. در مقایسه با پژوهش‌های مشابه نقش تعیین‌کننده معیارهایی چون کیفیت، زمان تحویل، اعتماد، قیمت در انتخاب تامین‌کنندگان تایید شد. در کنار این، در قیاس با سایر روش‌های وزن‌دهی معیارها و رتبه‌بندی گزینه‌ها می‌توان به سهولت اجرای روش و دسترسی سریع‌تر به پاسخ نهایی اشاره کرد.

A Model for Evaluating and Selecting the Food Suppliers for Hospitals in Indeterminate Conditions

Introduction: Nutrition and nutrition are among the most important parts of hospitals to generalize the process of improving and enhancing patient satisfaction, and choosing the right provider, considering the appropriate criteria, can be very effective in creating this satisfaction and improving the nutrition and health process of patients in hospitals.Materials and Methods: The statistical population of this study was the food supply department of hospitals of West Azarbaijan province and the study sample was Shahid Taleghani hospital of Urmia. Initially, by conducting field and library studies and reviewing the research, the most important criteria for the selection of hospital food suppliers were identified. Seven criteria were evaluated by applying the bestworst fuzzy method and the weight of each criterion was determined. Finally, the top suppliers were identified using fuzzy gray relationship analysis method.Results: Based on the findings, the criteria were prioritized in terms of quality, delivery time, trust, price, responsiveness, skilled manpower, and lack of surplus production. Also, according to the weight of the criteria, out of 5 existing suppliers, the top supplier was identified.Conclusion: The proposed approach of the present study can be used for decision making in the selection of hospital food suppliers. Compared to similar studies, the role of criteria such as quality, delivery time, trust, price in the selection of suppliers was confirmed. In addition, it is easier to implement the method and have faster access to the final answer compared to other methods of weighting the criteria and ranking the options.
