ارتقای سلامت در جامعه از طریق آموزش سلامت اجتماعی در کتب درسی

مقدمه: سلامت اجتماعی به عنوان یکی از ابعاد سلامت عمومی در جامعه همپای سایر ابعاد روانی، معنوی و پزشکی نقش بارزی در توسعه پایدار جامعه ایفا می کند. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی مولفه های سلامت اجتماعی بر مبنای مدل کییز در کتاب های درسی دوره ابتدایی بوده است.مواد و روش ها: روش پژوهش حاضر تحلیل محتوا از نوع کمی می باشد. جامعه آماری نیز کتاب های درسی دوره ابتدایی و نمونه آماری کتاب های علوم تجربی پایه 6 بوده است. روایی محتوایی با استفاده از cvr برابر با 0.90 بدست آمد. جهت برآورد پایایی ازسه ارزیاب خواسته شد تا مولفه های پژوهش حاضر را بررسی نمایند که توافق در این رابطه وجود داشت و ضریب توافقی بدست آمده برابر با 0.80 بود.یافته ها: یافته ها بیانگر آن بود که بیشترین ضریب اهمیت مربوط به مولفه شکوفایی اجتماعی با 67 فراوانی و کمترین میزان ضریب اهمیت مربوط به مولفه های انسجام، مشارکت و پذیرش اجتماعی بوده است که موردی مشاهده نگردید.نتیجه گیری: پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که به سلامت اجتماعی در کتاب های مورد بررسی چندان توجهی نشده است و نیاز است که از این منظر کتاب های درسی مورد بازبینی قرار گیرد.

Promoting Community Health through Social Health Education in Textbooks

Introduction: Social health as one of the dimensions of public health in the community along with mental, spiritual and medical aspects play a significant role in the sustainable development of society. The purpose of this study was to investigate the components of social health based on the Keiz model in elementary school textbooks.Materials and Methods: The research method is quantitative content analysis. Statistical population was also elementary school textbooks and statistical sample of 6th grade experimental science textbooks. Content validity using CVR was 0.90. To assess the reliability, three evaluators were asked to examine the components of the present study that there was agreement and the coefficient of agreement was 0.80.Results: The results showed that the highest importance factor was related to the social prosperity component with 67 frequencies and the lowest importance factor was to the components of social cohesion, participation and acceptance, which was not observed.Conclusion: The present study showed that the social health of the studied textbooks was not paid much attention and that textbooks should be reviewed from this perspective.
