ارائه مدل یکپارچگی زنجیره تامین تجهیزات پزشکی و تاثیر آن بر بهبود خدمات سلامت محور؛ مطالعه موردی یکی از بیمارستان های تهران

مقدمه: یکپارچگی زنجیره تامین همواره تاثیر مثبتی بر کیفیت مراقبت از بیمار دارد. با توجه به تاثیر بسزای نظام سلامت بر زندگی شهروندان و پیچیدگی زیاد زنجیره تامین در این نظام، هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی و رتبه بندی عوامل موثر بریکپارچگی زنجیره تامین تجهیزات پزشکی در بیمارستان و سپس ارائه مدل پیشنهادی آن است.مواد و روش ها: به منظور شناسایی عوامل موثر بر یکپارچگی زنجیره تامین از مطالعات کتابخانه ای و جلسه گروه متمرکز که متشکل از 8 خبره در حوزه تجهیزات پزشکی و تدارکات بود، استفاده شده است. همچنین برای رتبه بندی معیارها و زیر معیارها از نظرات 25 نفر از خبرگان بیمارستان استفاده شد. تکنیک رتبه بندی مورد استفاده تحلیل سلسله مراتبی فازی است.یافته ها: 11 زیرمعیار مرتبط با یکپارچگی خارجی زنجیره تامین و 9 زیرمعیار مرتبط با یکپارچگی داخلی زنجیره تامین شناسایی شدند. سپس این زیرمعیارها در قالب سه معیار مدیریت اطلاعات، مدیریت روابط و مدیریت عملیات تقسیم بندی شدند. در بعد یکپارچگی خارجی، معیار مدیریت روابط و زیرمعیارهای پایبندی به تعهدات ما بین طرفین، برنامه زنجیره تامین و ارتباط بلند مدت کاری دارای بیشترین اهمیت بودند. همچنین در بعد یکپارچگی داخلی معیار مدیریت اطلاعات و زیر معیارهای دارا بودن بسترهای فناوری اطلاعات و فرآیند اجرای خریدهای داخلی از سایر معیارها و زیر معیارها دارای اهمیت بالاتری بودند.نتیجه گیری: مدل یکپارچگی زنجیره تامین تجهیزات پزشکی به تفکیک ابعاد داخلی و خارجی و عوامل مهم ذیل هر کدام از این ابعاد به همراه وزن آن ها ارائه شد. درنهایت نیز براساس یافته های فوق، پیشنهادات کاربردی جهت ارتقای یکپارچگی زنجیره تامین بیمارستان در حوزه ی تجهیزات پزشکی ارائه شده است. این مدل در ارتقای نظام سلامت و کیفیت مراقبت از بیماران کاملا موثر است.

Developing an Integrated Medical Equipment Supply Chain Model and its Impact on Improving Health-Based Services; A Case Study in a Hospital in Tehran

Introduction: Supply chain integration has always had a positive impact on the quality of patient care. Given the enormous impact of the health system on citizens' lives and the complexity of the supply chain in this system, the aim of the present study was to identify and rank the effective factors on hospital supply chain integration and then propose a model.Materials and Methods: Library studies and a focus group meeting consisted of 4 experts in the field of medical equipment and procurement were used to identify the factors affecting supply chain integration. The opinions of 4 hospital experts were also used to rank the criteria and subcriteria. The ranking technique used is fuzzy hierarchical analysis.Results: 11 subcriteria related to external supply chain integration and 9 subcriteria related to internal supply chain integration were identified. These subcriteria were then subdivided into three criteria: information management, relationship management, and operations management. In terms of external integration, the criteria for managing relationships and subcriteria of our commitment to the parties, supply chain program and longterm working relationship were most important. Also, in terms of internal integration of information management criteria and subcriteria having IT platforms and the process of executing internal purchases were more important than other criteria and subcriteria.Conclusion: The model of supply chain integration of medical equipment was presented in terms of internal and external dimensions and the following important factors of each of these dimensions along with their weight. Finally, based on the above findings, practical suggestions have been made to improve the integrity of the hospital supply chain in the field of medical equipment. This model is very effective in improving the health system and quality of patient care.
