کاربست متدولوژی کیو در گفتمان کاوی الگوهای ذهنی پزشکان در ارتباط با عوامل کلیدی موثر بر سرطان

مقدمه: ارتقا سلامت جامعه و پیشگیری از بیماریهای خطرناکی مانند سرطان، بخصوص در کلان شهرهایی مانند تهران، امروزه شاید به مهم ترین دغدغه و نگرانی برای مدیران، مسئولان و دست اندرکاران حوزه سلامت در کشور تبدیل شده است. رسیدن به این هدف مستلزم استقرار شبکه های اطلاع رسانی فعال و سیستمهای موثر جمع آوری اطلاعات و شناسایی عوامل موثر بر سرطان است.مواد و روش ها: پژوهش حاضر بر مبنای روش کیو و تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی در شش مرحله انجام شد: تهیه و تولید نمونه های کیو، انتخاب 12 نفر متخصص در حوزه سرطان با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند به عنوان مشارکت کنندگان در طرح، رتبه بندی کیو در یک طیف 9 درجه ای بر اساس اهمیت هر گویه (شاخص)، ثبت داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار spss 25، تجزیه و تحلیل آماری از طریق تحلیل آماری کیو (تحلیل مولفه های اصلی) و در نهایت تفسیر نتایج.یافته ها: با بررسی نتایج به دست آمده، 24 عامل موثر در شیوع سرطان در شهر تهران در سه طبقه تغذیه و فعالیت بدنی، پزشکی و روانپزشکی و بهداشتی، زیست محیطی تعیین و معرفی شدند.نتیجه گیری: تحقیق حاضر، پژوهشی پایه ای برای گفتمان کاوی الگوهای ذهنی مبتلایان به سرطان در شهر تهران است که عوامل موثر بر سرطان را برای اصلاح نظارتها و سیاستگذاریها، ارائه خدمات مناسب در حوزه سرطان، و پیشگیری از آن معرفی می نماید.

Using Q Methodology to Discuss Mental Models of Physicians Concerning Key Effective Factors of Cancer

Introduction: Promoting community health and preventing dangerous diseases such as cancer, especially in metropolitan areas such as Tehran, today may have become the main concern and concern for managers, authorities and health professionals in the country. Achieving this goal involves the deployment of active information networks and effective systems for collecting information and identifying factors that affect cancer.Materials and Methods: The present study was conducted on the basis of Quo's method and exploratory factor analysis in six stages: the preparation and production of Qi samples, the selection of 12 cancer experts using a targeted sampling method as contributors to the design, Qi ranking in a spectrum 9 degrees based on the importance of each item (index), data recording using SPSS 25 software, statistical analysis through Qi statistical analysis (principal component analysis), and finally interpretation of results.Results: By studying the results, 24 effective factors in the prevalence of cancer in Tehran were identified in three categories: nutrition, physical activity, medical and psychiatric, health, and environmental.Conclusions: The present research is a basic research for discriminating mental patterns of cancer patients in Tehran, which introduces cancercausing factors to modify supervision and policies, provide appropriate cancer services, and prevent them.
