مکونات موشر التنمیة البشریة الموثرة على التقدم ااتقتصادی القائم على التعالیم العلویة

اعتقد الاقتصادیون لفترة طویلة من الزمن ان راس المال المادی کعنصر من العناصر المکونة لثروة الدولة. ولکن الیوم یعتقدون، ان افتقار الاستثمار فی القوى العاملة عامل رئیسی فی تدنی مستوى التنمیة الاقتصادیة فی البلدان النامیة؛ لن یکون راس المال المادی اکثر انتاجیة الا عندما تمتلک الدولة القیم اللازمة لتطویر موشر التنمیة البشریة. منذ عام 1990، دخل موشر التنمیة البشریة فی الاقتصاد التقلیدی حیث یقاس هذا الموشر حسب المتغیرات الثلاثیة یعنی طول العمر والمعرفة ومستوى المعیشة اللائق. بالنظر الى ان موشر التنمیة البشریة فی معظم البلدان الاسلامیة، اقل بکثیر من معظم دول العالم، لذلک من خلال الاعتماد على المعاییر المستندة الى کلمات الامام علی (ع) یمکن مقارنة هذا الموشر بالتعالیم العلویة. فالسوال الذی یجیب عنه هذا البحث هو: ما هی مکونات موشر التنمیة البشریة الفعال فی التنمیة الاقتصادیة القائمة على التعالیم العلویة؟ تحاول الدراسة الحالیة البحث عن موشر التنمیة البشریة ومطابقته بالتعالیم العلویة من خلال المنهج الوصفی التحلیلی. اظهرت نتائج الدراسة ان التعالیم العلویة تسهل تحقیق التنمیة البشریة وهناک توافق بین مکونات التنمیة البشریة مع التعالیم العلویة والسیاسات العامة فی المجالات الثلاثة للصحة والتعلیم والرعایة الاجتماعیة فی المجتمع لها علاقة ایجابیة وهامة بالتقدم الاقتصادی وتودی الى تحسین التنمیة البشریة. ومن ثم، عند مراجعة موشر التنمیة البشریة من منظور امیر المومنین علی (ع)، تم النظر فی مکونات العبادة، والاخلاق، والصحة البدنیة والعقلیة، والعلم والبصیرة، ومستوى المعیشة اللائق الذی یجب ان توخذ فی الاعتبار.

But today they believe that the lack of investment in human resources is a major factor behind the level of economic development in developing countries. Therefore, physical capital will only be generated when the country has the necessary amount of human development index. Since 1990, the Human Development Index, which is measured with three variables of longevity, knowledge and decent living standards, entered the conventional economy. Considering that in most Islamic countries, the index of human development is much lower than in most countries of the world, so According to the criteria based on the words of Imam Ali (AS), the comparative study of this index with the Alawite doctrines is possible. The answer to this question is that: What are the Indicators of Human Development Index Effective in Economic Progress Based on Alawi Teachings? The present article tries to investigate and adapt the human development index with the Alawite teachings through a descriptiveanalytical method. The results of the research show that the Awai teachings facilitate the realization of human development and there is a consistency between the components of human development with the Alawite doctrines And public policies in the three areas of health, education and welfare in the community have a positive and significant relationship with economic progress and lead to improved human development. Hence, in reviewing the human development index from the perspective of Amir alMu’minin Ali (PBUH), the components of worship, morality, physical and mental health, science and insight, and worthy living standards are considered.
