نظره علی الموشرات القیادیه والاداریه من وجهه نظر النبی (ص) وعلی (ع)

یتوقف نجاح ایّ مجتمع وموسسه فی بلوغ اهدافها ومهامها العامه والخاصه على اختیار المدراء الذین یتمتعون بالکفاءات اللازمه. انّ بیان المناهج الاداریه السلیمه فی مواجهه مختلف الظواهر السیاسیه والاجتماعیه والاقتصادیه والثقافیه، کان دائمًا العامل الحاسم لنموِّ المجتمع الاسلامی وتقدُّمه. ومن هذا المنطلق، فانَّ منجِّزی هذا البحث الذی یعتمد على منهج المقارنه التحلیلیه، تطرقوا الى التعبیر عن مواقف النبی (ص) والامام علی (ع) وافکارهما على صعید الاداره. تبیِّن النتائج التی حصلنا علیها انَّ تدبیر شوون المجتمع الاسلامی من وجهه نظرهما علیهما السلام کان یقوم على اساس مبادئ الرقابه العامه فی مجال انفاذ القانون والتشاور مع الخبراء والحفاظ على کرامه الانسان، وسیاده القانون، والمساواه بین الجمیع امام القانون، والتعاون بین افراد الشعب فی تنظیم الشوون الاجتماعیه.

Attitudes to Ideas of Leadership and Management from the perspective of the Prophet (PBUH) and Imam Ali (AS)

The adoption of good management practices by the Prophet (PBUH) and Imam Ali (AS) in the face of various political, social, economic and cultural phenomena has always determined the growth and excellence of Islamic society, and has been the leading model for all the people throughout history. In this study, the authors developed a descriptive study to investigate and explain represent the views and thoughts of these two persons in various fields of social management. The results showed that the aspect of implementation and management of the Islamic society by these two great persons were always based on principles of public oversight of law enforcement, paying attention to God, consultation with experts, human dignity, equality, and cooperation of people in managing of social affairs.
