اسلوب تشجیع العمال وتوبیخهم عند امیرالمومنین علی (ع)؛ تاکیدًا على نهج البلاغه

کان الامام علی (ع) فی عهد حکومته یتعامل مع عماله وولاته بشکل یمثل عبره للمجتمع البشری. یمکن تقییم جزء من هذه المعامله فی مجالین هما التشجیع والتوبیخ. فکان جزء من هذه التشجیعات فی حیاه الوالی وجزء بعد وفاته. وکان یقترن بعناصر مثل التعبیر عن بعض الکفاءات کالشجاعه والولاء والمکانه السامیه لدى الامام. تجدر الاشاره الى انه الى جانب هذه التشجیعات. فقد حذر امیر المومنین (ع) الولاه وامرهم بمراعاه الحقوق المدنیه للمواطنین. وکان توبیخ امیر المومنین (ع) لولاته متنوعًا ایضًا من حیث الشده والضعف فی مجموعه متنوعه من الاشکال، وکلها تتضمن نوعًا من التحذیر والانذار. تحلل هذه المقاله طریقه امیر المومنین علی (ع) فی هذا المجال بالمنهج الوصفی التحلیلی. والغرض من هذه المقاله هو تقدیم معلومات حول اسالیب تعامل الامام (ع) فیما یتعلق بتشجیع وتوبیخ الولاه والعمال، وذلک من خلال وصف وتحلیل هذه القضیه المهمه فی خطب الامام ورسائله. تشیر نتائج هذه الدراسه الى النقطه  الاساسیه المتمثله فی ان النهج العام للامام فی تشجیع الولاه والعمال وتوبیخهم یستند الى تعالیم القرآن.

A Methodology of Encouraging and Punishing Appointed Agents and Delegates from the Standpoint of Imam Ali (AS), the Commander of the Faithful, with an Emphasis on NahjulBalaghah

Amir Mo’mennan (Imam Ali) (as) during the reign of the government had collisions with their agents, each of which represents a lesson for the human community. Part of these interactions in the two areas of praise of the governors of Imam and another part in the reciprocation of these individuals can be evaluated which has been done in different cases under the conditions of the ruling. On the other hand, part of these accolades was in the life of the governor and part after his death, along with elements such as the expression of some of the provincial qualities, such as courage and loyalty, and finding a high place for the Imam. In some other accolades, there is a warning to the governor and the need to take into account some civil rights of citizens. His rebuke has been diverse and of varying severity and weakness in various ways, including forms of governor’s misconduct, summons, warnings and threats.
