نقش تجارت بین‌الملل بر توسعه شاخص سرمایه انسانی (مطالعه موردی: کشورهای oecd)

در دنیای امروزی که در عصر گسترش تجارت بین‌الملل و جهانی‌شدن اقتصادی قرار دارد، سرمایه ­انسانی در فرایند رشد و توسعه‌ اقتصادی اهمیت فراوان دارد؛ لذا ضرورت پرداختن به موضوع‌های مرتبط با سرمایه انسانی به‌ویژه از جنبه‌های اقتصادی، احساس می‌شود. ازاین‌رو در این مطالعه سعی بر این است تا اثرگذاری تجارت بین‌الملل بر سرمایه انسانی بررسی شود. طبق نظر طرفداران جهانی‌شدن، تجارت هم به‌طور مستقیم از طریق درآمد و هم به‌طور غیرمستقیم از طریق آمیختگی فرهنگی و افزایش تنوع کالاهای موجود، بر توسعه انسانی تاثیرگذار است. ازآنجاکه کشورهای oecd از سطح روابط تجاری بالایی برخوردارند و به‌ویژه نقش اساسی را در تکوین مناسبت‌های تجارت جهانی بازی می‌کنند، در این پژوهش به آن‌ها توجه شده است. برای تحقق این هدف یک الگوی اقتصادسنجی پنل پویا تصریح شده و با استفاده از داده­های کشورهای oecd در دوره 2021 – 1990 و به‌کارگیری روش گشتاورهای تعمیم‌یافته، به بررسی تاثیر تجارت بر سرمایه انسانی پرداخته شده است. نتایج حکایت از آن دارد که توسعه‌ی صادرات و واردات از طریق تجارت بین­الملل آثار مثبت و معنی‌داری را بر شاخص سرمایه انسانی در کشورهای مورد‌نظر داشته و درنتیجه ایجاد سرریزها و انتقال فناوری از طریق تجارت خارجی، نقش مهمی را در تکوین سرمایه انسانی ایفا می‌کنند. شاخص توسعه انسانی نیز با یک وقفه بر شاخص توسعه انسانی تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر جای می‌گذارد.

the impact of international trade on the development of the human capital index (evidence from oecd countries)

the expansion of international trade and economic globalization has made human capital very important in the process of economic growth and development, making it necessary to examine issues related to human capital, especially from its economic aspects. this study investigates the impact of international trade on human capital. proponents of globalization believe that trade affects human development directly through income and indirectly through cultural mixing and increasing the variety of available goods. this study examines oecd countries, which have a high level of trade relations and play a fundamental role in creating global trade opportunities. an econometric model has been specified to examine the impact of trade on human capital using data from oecd countries and the dynamic panel method and generalized moments method from 1990 to 2021. the results indicate that the development of export and import through international trade has a positive and significant impact on human capital in these countries. creating spillovers and transferring technology through foreign trade play an important role in the development of human capital. additionally, the lagged value of the human development index has a positive and significant effect on the human development index.overall, these studies highlight the complex relationships between fiscal policies, environmental initiatives, financial regulations, and their broader impacts on inflation, income inequality, human development, and economic stability. addressing these challenges requires comprehensive and coordinated policy measures to foster sustainable development and equitable growth.
