شناسایی فعالیت‌های اقتصادی کلیدی استان چهارمحال و بختیاری در راستای توسعه منطقه‌ای

مدل‌های رشد نامتوازن بر‌ انتخاب بخش کلیدی و سرمایه‌گذاری در آن بعنوان بخش پیشرو در راستای تحقق رشد‌ و توسعه اقتصادی تاکید دارد و با‌ توجه به محدودیت منابع در کشورهای درحال توسعه، شناسایی و تعیین فعالیت‌های ‌کلیدی از منظر سیاست‌‌گذاری و اتخاذ استراتژی در راستای توسعه اقتصادی از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است. این در حالی است که مناطق (استان‌ها) در ایران به عنوان یک کشور پهناور از ویژگی‌های اقتصادی، اجتماعی و جغرافیایی متفاوتی برخوردارند و بر همین اساس می‌توان گفت برنامه‌ریزی توسعه استانی باید مبتنی بر وضعیت فعالیت‌های اقتصادی و شرایط هر استان باشد. از این منظر انتخاب بخش های کلیدی در هر استان از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است. به همین منظور در مطالعه حاضر به بررسی پیوندهای بخشی در اقتصاد استان‌ چهارمحال و بختیاری پرداخته شده است؛ که در آن از جدول داده ستانده ملی سال‌1390 مرکز آمار ایران و حساب‌های منطقه‌ای استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد ‌‌‌که بر اساس رویکرد نوین بخش های کشاورزی، شکار و جنگلداری و بخش صنعت بعنوان پیشران به دست آمده‌اند؛ توجه به سیاستهای توسعه صنایع وابسته به کشاورزی در جهت رشد اقتصاد استان ضروری است.

identifying the key economic activities of chaharmahal and bakhtiari province in the direction of regional development

unbalanced growth models emphasize the selection of a key sector and investment in it as a leading sector in order to achieve economic growth and development. given the limited resources in developing countries, identifying and determining key activities from a policy perspective and adopting a strategy for economic development is important. it has a special feature. meanwhile, the regions (provinces) in iran as a vast country have differenteconomic, social and geographical characteristics, and therefore it can be said that planning in each province should be done according to the specific conditions of that province and from this perspective the choice key sectors in each province are of particular importance.for this purpose, in the present study, the sectoral links in the economy of chaharmahal and bakhtiari province have been investigated; in which the national output data table of 1390 of the statistics center of iran and regional accounts have been used. the results show that based on the new approach, the agricultural, hunting and forestry sectors and the industrial sector have been obtained as drivers; attention to the development policies of agriculturalrelated industries is essential for the growth of the province’s economy .
