سنجش وابستگی بخش های اقتصادی استان ایلام به واردات واسطه ای با استفاده از جدول دادهستانده

هدف از این مطالعه سنجش وابستگی بخش­های اقتصادی استان ایلام به واردات واسطه­ای از سه بعد مبدا، مقصد و سیاستی است. برای دست­یابی به این هدف، یک جدول دادهستانده منطقه­ای نیاز است که پژوهشگران از روش­های غیرآماری برای تهیه جداول منطقه­ای استفاده می­کنند. یکی از این روش­ها، روش اصلاح­شده محاسبه جداول منطقه­ای با لحاظ مبادلات همزمان تجاری دوطرفه (charm) است که تعدیل یافته روش تراز کالایی است. در این پژوهش با استفاده از روش غیرآماری charm و به­کارگیری آمارهای مربوط به حساب­های ملی و منطقه­ای سال 1390 جدول دادهستانده استان ایلام محاسبه گردیده است. نتایج نشان می­دهد که بخش ساخت مواد شیمیایی و محصولات شیمیایی در میان سایر بخش­های اقتصادی استان ایلام بخشی است که بیشترین وابستگی به واردات واسطه­ای از بعد مبدا و بخش ساختمان­های مسکونی بیشترین وابستگی به واردات واسطه­ای از بعد مقصد را به خود اختصاص داده است. از منظر وابستگی به واردات از بعد سیاستی، بیشترین وابستگی به واردات در بخش آب، برق و گاز، صنعت و ساختمان رخ می­دهد؛ به این معنی که با انتخاب هر کدام از این بخش­ها به­عنوان بخش سیاستی در استان، واردات محصولات واسطه­ای به میزان بیشتری افزایش خواهد یافت

Measurement of dependence of economic sectors of Ilam province on intermediate imports using the dataoutput table

The purpose of this study is to measure the dependence of the economic sectors of Ilam province on the importation of intermediaries from three dimensions of source, destination and policy. To do this, a regional dataoutput table is designed with nonsurveybased methods. One of these methods is the modified method of calculating regional tables in terms of mutual concurrent trading transactions, which is the adjusted form of commodity alignment method. Using the nonstatistical CrossHauling Adjusted Regionalization method (CHARM), and national and regional accounts in 2011, this study aims to compute the inputoutput table of Ilam. The results indicate that “Making chemical materials and chemical products” among other economic sectors of Ilam is a sector with the most dependence on intermediary imports from the source dimension. Moreover, the “Residential buildings” sector is the highest dependent on intermediary imports according to the destination aspect. In terms of import dependence from political aspect, the highest dependence on imports occurs in “water, electricity, gas”, “industry” and “construction” sectors. This means that by selecting each of these sectors, as the policy sector in the province, imports of intermediary products would increase highly
