اندازه‌گیری و تحلیل بهره‌وری کل عوامل تولید شرکت‌های حمل و نقل دریایی ایران

بخش حمل و نقل دریایی، یکی از بخش‌های با اهمیت کشور است. در صورت تحول، این زیربخش نقش مهمی در دستیابی به اهداف تعیین شده در زمینه رشد اقتصادی و بهره‌وری در برنامه پنجم توسعه کشور خواهد داشت. هدف از این پژوهش، به طور کلی ارایه عوامل موثر بر ارتقای بهره‌وری در زیربخش حمل و نقل دریایی کشور است. بدین منظور،  مدل بهره‌وری را تصریح نموده و به صورت مقطعی در سال 1389 با استفاده از الگوی اقتصادسنجی و با داده‌های 58 شرکت حمل و نقل دریایی برآورد می‌کنیم. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که در این زیربخش بهره‌وری کل عوامل تولید، در اثر سرمایه انسانی و ارتقای تجربه افراد بهبود می‌یابد و عمر ناوگان اثر منفی بر بهره‌وری کل عوامل تولید آن دارد

Measuring and Analysis of TFP, Emphasizing on Sea Transport Company in Iran

The sea transport subsector is very important activity in Iran. Developments in this sector can have an important role in achieving the goals of the Fifth Development Plan.The purpose of this study is estimating total factor productivity in sea transport company in Iran. Total factor productivity model in the sea transport subsector has been estimated by using cross data of sampled companies. The data of 58 companies was used to estimate production function and total factor productivity model. In second model, The result of productivity estimation of the sea transport subsector reveals that: the average employees experience growth of the companies, improve the total factor productivity in this sector. In this model, the average lifespan of the companies’ vessels has transitive relation with the total factor productivity improvement.
