چکیده    زﻣﯿﻨﻪ و ﻫﺪف: ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ اﺳﺎﺳﯽ در ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮ ﺷﯿﻮه زﻧﺪﮔﯽ اﻓﺮاد ﭼﺎق، اﻧﺘﺨﺎب روش ﺻﺤﯿﺢ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ ﺑﺪﻧﯽ و رﻋﺎﯾﺖ ﻣﻼﺣﻈﺎت ﻏﺬاﯾﯽ ا ﺳﺖ. ﻫﺪف ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺣﺎ ﺿﺮ ﺑﺮر ﺳﯽ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻫ ﺸﺖ ﻫﻔﺘﻪ ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ داﯾﺮه ای و ﻣ ﺼﺮف ﭼﺎی ﻗﺮﻣﺰ ﺑﺮ ﺑﺮﺧﯽ آﻧﺰﯾﻢ ﻫﺎی ﮐﺒﺪی و ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات ﻧﯿﻤﺮخ ﻟﯿﭙﯿﺪی و اﻧﺴﻮﻟﯿﻨﯽ زﻧﺎن ﭼﺎق ﺑﻮد. روشﻫﺎ: 24 زن ﭼﺎق ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ در 4 ﮔﺮوه ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ داﯾﺮه ای، ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ داﯾﺮه ای ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﺮاه ﻣﺼﺮف ﭼﺎی ﻗﺮﻣﺰ، ﻣﺼﺮف ﭼﺎی ﻗﺮﻣﺰ و ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ داﯾﺮه ای ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت 8 ﻫﻔﺘﻪ و ﻫﺮ ﻫﻔﺘﻪ 3 ﺟﻠﺴﻪ اﺟﺮا ﺷﺪ. ﻧﻔﺮات ﮔﺮوه ﻣﮑﻤﻞ ﻧﯿﺰ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت 8 ﻫﻔﺘﻪ روزاﻧﻪ 2 ﮔﺮم ﭼﺎی ﻗﺮﻣﺰ را درﯾﺎﻓﺖ ﻧﻤﻮدﻧﺪ. ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎی ﻟﯿﭙﯿﺪی، ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺖ ﺑﻪ اﻧﺴﻮﻟﯿﻦ، آﺗﺮوژﻧﯿﮏ و ﺑﺮﺧﯽ آﻧﺰﯾﻢ ﻫﺎی ﮐﺒﺪی ﻗﺒﻞ از ﺷﺮوع ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻨﯽ و ﭘﺲ از آﺧﺮﯾﻦ ﺟﻠﺴﻪ ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺧﻮﻧﯽ اﻧﺪازه ﮔﯿﺮی ﺷﺪ. داده ﻫﺎ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار spss ﻧﺴﺨﻪ 21 در ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداری 0/05≤p ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ: وزن و ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺗﻮده ﺑﺪﻧﯽ در ﮔﺮوه ﻫﺎی ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ+ ﻣﮑﻤﻞ و ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداری دا ﺷﺖ 0/001=p . در ﺻﺪ ﭼﺮﺑﯽ ﻧﯿﺰ در ﮔﺮوه ﻫﺎی ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ+ ﻣﮑﻤﻞ و ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ 0/001=p و 0/004=p ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداری دا ﺷﺖ. ﺳﻄﻮح ﮐﻠ ﺴﺘﺮول ﺗﺎم در ﮔﺮوه ﻫﺎی ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ+ ﻣﮑﻤﻞ و ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداری دا ﺷﺖ 0/029=p و 0/001=p . ﺳﻄﻮح ldl در ﮔﺮوه ﻫﺎی ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ+ ﻣﮑﻤﻞ و ﻣﮑﻤﻞ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداری ﯾﺎﻓﺖ 0/017=p و 0/037=p . ﺳﻄﻮح ﺗﺮی ﮔﻠﯿﺴﯿﺮﯾﺪ و hdl در ﮔﺮوه ﻣﮑﻤﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ و اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداری داﺷﺖ 0/010=p و 0/001=p . ﺷﺎﺧﺺ آﺗﺮوژﻧﯿﮏ در ﮔﺮوه ﻫﺎی ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ و ﻣﮑﻤﻞ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداری داﺷﺖ 0/021=p و 0/001=p . ﺳﻄﻮح آﻧﺰﯾﻢ ﮐﺒﺪی alt در ﮔﺮوه ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداری ﯾﺎﻓﺖ 017/ 0=p . ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪﮔﯿﺮی: ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﯽ رﺳﺪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻨﺎت داﯾﺮه ای ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﺮاه ﻣﮑﻤﻞ ﯾﺎری ﭼﺎی ﻗﺮﻣﺰ، اﺣﺘﻤﺎﻻ روﯾﮑﺮدی ﻣﻮﺛﺮ در ﺟﻬﺖ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ وزن ﻣﺤﺴﻮب ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد.

   the effect of eight-week circuit training and consumption of red tea on some liver enzymes and changes in lipid profile and insulin in women with obesity

Abstract    background & aim: one of the main factors in changing the lifestyle of obese people is choosing the correct method of physical activity and following dietary considerations. the purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of eight weeks of circuit training and consumption of red tea on some liver enzymes and lipid profile and insulin changes in obese women.methods: 24 obese women were randomly divided into 4 groups: circuit training, circuit training with red tea consumption, red tea consumption and control. circuit training was performed for 8 weeks and 3 sessions per week. the subjects of the supplement group also received 2 grams of red tea daily for 8 weeks. lipid indices, insulin resistance, atherogenic and some liver enzymes were measured before the start of the training program and after the last training session through blood samples. the data was analyzed by spss software version 21 at a significance level of p≥0.05.results: weight and body mass index were significantly reduced in exercise + supplement and exercise groups p=0.001 . the percentage of fat also decreased significantly in the exercise + supplement and exercise groups p=0.001 and p=0.004 . total cholesterol levels were significantly reduced in exercise + supplement and exercise groups p=0.029 and p=0.001 . ldl levels were significantly decreased in exercise + supplement and supplement groups p=0.017 and p=0.037 . triglyceride and hdl levels in the supplement group decreased and increased significantly p=0.010 and p=0.001 . atherogenic index was significantly decreased in exercise and supplement groups p=0.021 and p=0.001 . alt liver enzyme levels decreased significantly in the training group p=0.017 .conclusion: according to the results of the present study, it seems that the use of circular exercises with the help of red tea is probably considered an effective approach for weight loss.
