عشق در مراقبت پرستاری: واقعیت یا خیال؟

زمینه و هدف: از ابتدای نظریه پردازی در پرستاری، ارتباط بعنوان عنصر اساسی در مراقبت مطرح شد. عشق نیز عنصری اساسی در ارتباط است. هر چند که بطور نظاممند جایگاه عشق در پرستاری تبیین نشده است اما کارهای نظریه پردازانی مانند واتسون و مقالات پراکنده قابل توجه است. از این رو این مطالعه با هدف، تبیین عشق در ارتباط پرستار و مددجو ارائه شده است. روش ها: برای تبیین مفهوم عشق در پرستاری، مقالات مربوط به این مفهوم در منابع اینترنتی و کتابخانهای تا تاریخ سپتامبر 2022 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. ابتدا پایگاه های الکترونیکی با واژه های کلیدی عشق، ارتباط، پرستار، مددجو و پرستاری بصورت فارسی و انگلیسی و بصورت مجزا و ترکیبی جستجو شد. سپس با مرور خلاصه، مقالات مرتبط شناسائی و متن مقالات بطور کامل مطالعه گردید. در تکمیل فرایند جستجو منابع کتابخانه ای معتبر نیز بررسی شدند. نتایج: کارکردهای عشق در ارتباط شامل عمق بخشیدن به ارتباط بین فردی، شفابخشی ارتباط، غنای شغلی و ثبات مراقبت میباشد که در بستر اخلاق فضیلت گرا میتواند تحقق یابد. نتیجه گیری: اگر چه مهمترین چالش های پیشروی آن یعنی وجود پرستار عاشق و نیاز به منابع انسانی کافی اجرای آن را با مانع روبه رو میکنند اما استفاده از عشق در پرستاری با تاکید بر آموزه های اخلاقی و معنوی و الگو مداری میتواند سبب ارتقا جایگاه حرفه ای پرستار شود. نقویت عشق در پرستاری بعنوان رویکردی انسانی جهت افزایش پیامدهای مطلوب برای مددجو و پرستار توصیه میگردد.

love in nursing: reality or fantasy?

background & aim: from the beginning of theorizing in nursing, relationship was proposed as an essential element in care. love is also an essential element in a relationship. although the place of love in nursing has not been explained systematically, the works of theorists such as watson and others` works are significant. therefore, this study is presented with the aim of explaining love in the relationship between nurse and client.methods:to explain the concept of love in nursing, articles related to this concept were reviewed in internet and library resources until september 2022. first, the electronic databases were searched with the keywords of love, relationship, nurse, client, and nursing in farsi and english separately and combined. then by reviewing the summary, related articles were identified and the text of the articles was studied completely. in completing the search process, authentic library sources were also checked.results: the functions of love in communication include deepening interpersonal relationship, healing relationship, job richness and stability of care, which can be realized in the context of virtuous ethics.conclusion: although the most important challenges for its advancement, i.e. the presence of loving nurses and the need for sufficient human resources, are obstacles to its implementation, but the use of love in nursing with an emphasis on moral and spiritual teachings and leadership can improve the position to become a professional nurse. the strength of love in nursing is recommended as a humane approach to increase favorable outcomes for the client and the nurse.
