مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری تامین مالی نظام سلامت : رویکرد مشارکت‌ خیّرین

زمینه و هدف: تامین مالی نظام سلامت یکی از چهار کارکرد ا صلی نظام سلامت می با شد. ا ستفاده از ظرفیت و منابع خیّرین برای این امر مفید میباشد. هدف از این پژوهش، شناسایی و طراحی مدل تامین مالی نظام سلامت مبتنی بر مشاکت خیرین می باشد. روشها: این مطالعه از نوع پژوهش های آمیخته است، ابتدا مولفه ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی شنا سایی و سپس با ا ستفاده از روش مدل سازی تف سیری ساختاری، روابط بین این مولفه ها تعیین شدند. در نهایت با ا ستفاده از تحلیل micmac نوع مولفه ها با توجه به اثرگذاری و اثرپذیری بر سایر مولفه ها مشخص شد. جامعه مورد مطالعه در هر دو بخش کمی و کیفی، شامل مدیران ار شد دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی سرا سر ک شور، ا ساتید دانشگاهی و خیرین سلامت بود. در نهایت تعداد 9 نفر از خبرگان جهت انجام مصاحبه به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. نتایج: پس از تحلیل داده های حاصل از مصاحبه با خبرگان، تعداد 13 مولفه شناسایی شد. این مولفه ها در پنج سطح مختلف طبقه بندی و با توجه به روابط گراف ism ترسیم گردید.نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج حاصل از تحلیل micmac ،مولفه های اعتمادسازی میان خیرین ، کمبود منابع دولتی ، محدودیت های قانونی و وضعیت اقتصادی جامعه بیشترین اثر را بر سایر مولفه ها، دارند و در عین حال کمترین اثر را از آنها می پذیرند، لازم است این مولفه ها در اولویت بررسی قرار گیرند.

Interpretive structural modeling of health system financing: Donors participation approach

Background Aim: Financing of the health system one is one of the four main functions of the health system. It is useful to use the capacity and resources of charities for this purpose. The purpose of this research is to identify and design the financing model of the health system based on the efforts of donors.Methods: This study is a mixed type of research. First the components were identified using the qualitative content analysis method and then the relationships between these components were determined using the structural interpretive modeling method. Finally, by using MICMAC analysis, the type of components was determined according to the impact and effectiveness on other components. The studied population in both quantitative and qualitative sections included senior managers of medical sciences universities across the country, university professors and health benefactors. In the end, 9 experts were selected to conduct the interview by purposive sampling method.Results: After analyzing the data obtained from interviews with experts, 13 components were identified, which were classified into five different levels and were plotted according to the ISM graph relationships.Conclusion: According to the results of the MICMAC analysis, the components of building trust among donors, lack of government resources, legal restrictions and the economic status of the society have the greatest effect on other components, and at the same time they accept the least effect from them, it is necessary to examine these components in priority be placed.
