حرفه پرستاری: یک دیسیپلین عمل گرا

زمینه و هدف: چشم‌انداز فلسفی پرستار بر عملکرد وی در ابعاد مختلف تاثیر می‌گذارد. عمل‌گرائی نیز یک تفکر مهم فلسفی است. عمل‌گرائی اغلب در متون پرستاری به چشم می‌خورد، اما کمتر نویسنده‌ای به بحث‌های عمیق در مورد کاربرد آن در پرستاری پرداخته است. بنابراین هدف از این مقاله، مروری بر تاثیرات فلسفه عمل‌گرائی در ابعاد دانش، آموزش، پژوهش و بالین پرستاری است.روش ها: این مطالعه از انواع مقالات مروری روایتی غیر نظامند است. ابتدا با استفاده از کلمات کلیدی nursing،pragmatism ، knowledge،curriculum ، education، teaching، inquiry،research ، care، caring،practice و براساس سیستم mesh، با بکارگیری اندیکاتورهای and و or، به جستجو در منابع اطلاعاتی isi، pubmed، scopus و google scholarپرداخته شد. در نهایت، حاصل جستجو شامل 12 کتاب و 19 مقاله در حوزه فلسفه، فلسفه در توسعه دانش، آموزش، پژوهش و عملکرد بالین پرستاری و مبانی پرستاری بود.نتایج: یافته‌ها نشان داد پرستاری به عنوان حرفه‌ای بالینی یا عمل گرایانه توصیف می‌شود، زیرا عمل‌گرائی با تاثیر بر روند تولید و توسعه دانش، بکارگیری آن در عمل، آموزش پاسخگو، پژوهش‌های کاربردی و مراقبت‌های موثر حداکثری توانسته است پرستاری را به حرفه‌ای‌عمل گرایانه تبدیل و پرستاران را قادر ساخته به پیشرفت بشریت کمک کنند.نتیجه گیری: پرستاری و عمل‌گرائی بسیاری از اهداف و مضامین ایدئولوژیک و عملی مشترک دارند. عمل‌گرائی با حمایت از مناسب‌ترین اقدام برای مددجو به دنبال جایگزینی برای تئوری‌ها یا پارادایم‌ها است. با این وجود، این رویکرد دارای معایبی است که در عمل باید به آن ها توجه نمود.

Nursing profession: a pragmatic discipline

Background Aim: The nursechr('39')s philosophical perspective affects his/her caring performance. Pragmatism is also an important philosophical thought. Pragmatism is often found in nursing texts, but few authors have discussed in depth its application in nursing. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to review the effects of pragmatism philosophy in the dimensions of knowledge, education, research, and clinical nursing.Methods: This study was one of the types of nonsystematic narrative review articles. First, using the keywords nursing, pragmatism, knowledge, curriculum, education, teaching, inquiry, research, care, care, and based on the mesh system, using AND and OR indexes, to search for ISI, PubMed, Scopus, and Google Scholar. Finally, the search results included 12 books and 19 articles in the field of philosophy, philosophy in knowledge development, education, research and clinical practice of nursing and the basics of nursing.Results: The findings showed that nursing is described as a clinical or pragmatic profession; because pragmatism has been able to convert nursing into a pragmatic profession by influencing the process of knowledge production and development, applying it in practice, responsive education, applied research and maximum effective care and enables the nurses to contribute to the progress of humanity.Conclusion: Nursing and pragmatism have many common ideological and practical goals and themes. Pragmatism seeks to replace theories or paradigms by supporting the most appropriate action for the client. However, this approach has drawbacks that need to be addressed in practice.
