ارزیابی نقادانه چکیده مقالات کنگره‌های پرستاری و مامایی ایران طی سال‌های 93-1389

زمینه و هدف: یکی از راه های مهم ارتقاء علمی کنگره‌ها، ارزیابی چکیده مقالات و اخذ بازخورد از آن هاست. تحقیق حاضر قصد دارد چکیده مقالات کنگره‌ های پرستاری و مامایی برگزار شده طی سال‌های 93-1389را از زوایای مختلف مورد ارزیابی قرار دهد.روش ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی، چکیده مقالات ارائه شده در کنگره های پرستاری مامایی طی سال‌های 93-1389 با استفاده از ابزار استاندارد ارزیابی ساختاری چکیده‌ مقالات برای مطالعات کارآزمایی بالینی، موردی و مروری و همچنین چک‌‌ لیست مقیاس‌خوانی انطباق چکیده مقالات با محورهای اعلام شده برای هر کنگره بررسی شد.نتایج: از مجموع 812 چکیده مقاله ورودی به مطالعه، 87 درصد کارآزمایی بالینی و مابقی موردی و مروری بودند. 98 درصد از چکیده مقالات کنگره‌های دو سال اخیر با دستورالعمل‌های تعیین شده مطابقت داشتند. در 79 درصد از چکیده مقالات مطالعات موردی، عدم اشاره به زمان مطالعه و در 82 درصد کارآزمایی های بالینی، عدم اشاره به تعداد نمونه‌های از دست رفته دیده شد. پیشنهادات و محدودیت‌های مطالعه در 98 درصد کل چکیده مقالات قید نشده بود.نتیجه‌گیری: گرچه ساختار چکیده مقالات کنگره‌های پرستاری و مامایی در سال‌های اخیر به ساختار استاندارد نزدیک شده است، اما همچنان اشکالات زیادی در زمینه نگارش علمی چکیده‌ها وجود دارد و این نیازمند توجه بیشتر مسئولین کنگره های پرستاری مامایی به ساختار استاندارد و بین المللی نگارش چکیده مقالات علمی است.

Critical Appraisal of Abstracts Presented in the Nursing and Midwifery Congresses in Iran during 2010 -2015

Background Aim: One of the most important ways of scientific promotion of congresses is to evaluate abstract of articles and getting feedback from them. This study aimed to evaluate abstract of articles presented in the nursing and midwifery congresses during 20102015 from different aspects.Methods: This is a descriptive/crosssectional study which conducted on all abstracts presented in Nursing and Midwifery Congresses during 20102015. Data were studied through two tools including a standard tool of structural evaluation of abstracts for clinical trials, case study and review studies and also a checklist for conformity of abstracts with announced axis of each congress.Results: Among 812 abstracts examined in the study, 87% of them were clinical trials and the rest were case study and review articles. 98% of the abstracts of congresses held in the last two years were consistent with the guidelines. In 79 percent of the case study abstracts, the time of the study was unclear and in 82% of clinical trials, the number of missing samples was not mentioned. Limitations of the study and suggestions for further researches were not mentioned in 98% of the abstracts.Conclusion: The findings of this study showed that although structure of abstracts in Nursing and Midwifery congresses in recent years is closed to the standard structure, there is still lot of problems regarding the scientific writing of abstracts which required further attention of authorities of Nursing and Midwifery Congresses to the standard and international structure of scientific writing of abstracts.
