افزایش شاخص‌های کمی و کیفی گلایول از طریق تراکم بوته و روش کاشت

این پژوهش به منظور تعیین بهترین تراکم بوته و روش کاشت در دو رقم گلایول سفید (white prosperity) و صورتی (rose supreme) به صورت کرت های دوبار خرد شده (اسپلیت اسپلیت پلات) در قالب بلوک های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که شاخص های کمی و کیفی گلایول در روش و تراکم کاشت برای ارقام white prosperity و rose supreme یکسان هستند، به عبارت دیگر بیشترین میزان ارتفاع بوته، طول سنبله و قطر گلچه در روش کاشت کرتی و تراکم کاشت 40 بوته در متر مربع برای ارقام white prosperity و rose supreme بدست آمد. بیشترین میزان تعداد گلچه در بوته و وزن تر کل بوته (گرم) در روش کاشت کرتی و تراکم کاشت 70 بوته در متر مربع برای ارقام white prosperity و rose supreme بدست آمد. به طور کلی، روش کاشت کرتی بهترین روش کاشت برای افزایش شاخص های کمی و کیفی گلایول است.

Increasing Qualitative and Quantitative Indices in Gladiolus via Plant Density and Planting Method

This study was performed to determine the best plant density and planting methods in two varieties of gladiolus White (White Prosperity) and pink (Rose Supreme). The experiment was conducted in SplitSplit Plot design with three replications based on Randomized Complete Block design. The results showed that qualitative and quantitative indices in gladiolus cultivars (White Prosperity and Rose Supreme) were the same in different plant density and planting methodsIn other words, the highest plant height, spike length and diameter of floret was recorded in basin method and density of 40 plants per square meter in White Prosperity and Rose Supreme cultivars. The highest number of floret per plant and the plant fresh weight (gr) was observed in the basin method and density of 70 plants per square meter in White Prosperity and Rose Supreme cultivars. In conclusion, the method of planting basin was the best method for increasing quality and quantity indices of gladiolus plants.
