ارزیابی و تحلیل عوامل موثر بر شکل گیری محلات حاشیه نشین در کلانشهرهای ایران (مطالعه موردی: کلانشهر اهواز)

این پژوهش به بررسی و تحلیل عوامل موثر در پیدایش و گسترش حاشیه نشینی در کلان‌شهر اهواز می‌پردازد. با این هدف که ضمن تبیین شاخص‌های اسکان غیر رسمی به تحلیل اثرات اقتصادی، اجتماعی، سیاسی بر حاشیه نشینی بپردازد. نوع پژوهش کاربردی و روش بررسی آن ترکیبی از روش‌های تحقیق اسنادی، توصیفی و تحلیلی است. اطلاعات مورد نیاز این تحقیق بر حسب نوع فرضیات و اهداف تحقیق، از طریق نتایج تفصیلیسرشماریعمومی نفوس و مسکن، طرح‌های مختلف مرتبط ازجمله طرح‌های جامع و تفصیلی شهر اهواز،  نقشه 1:2000 وضع موجود شهر اهواز و همچنین از طریق اسناد، مجلات و کتب مرتبط با موضوع، ابزار پرسشنامه، مصاحبه و مشاهده بدست آمده است. جامعة آماری پژوهش شامل متخصصان و خبرگان حوزه حاشیه نشینی می‌شود که روش نمونه‌گیری به صورت گلوله برفی بوده و از این طریق از 30 نفر از خبرگان مصاحبه گرفته شده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها و بررسی متغیرها از رویکرد معادلات ساختاری واریانس محور و کوواریانس محور در نرم‎افزار smart pls 3.2.6 استفاده شده است.نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد عوامل اقتصادی با 78 درصد از واریانس متغیر شکل‌گیری محلات حاشیه‌نشین کلان‌شهر اهواز بیشترین تاثیر را بر شکل‌گیری این‌گونه سکونتگاه‌ها در شهر اهواز داشته است. عوامل اجتماعی با 73 درصد و عوامل سیاسی با 69 درصد در مرتبه‌های بعدی اثرگذاری بر شکل‌گیری و گسترش محلات حاشیه‌نشین کلان‌شهر اهواز قرار دارند. در میان عوامل اقتصادی؛ وضعیت بازار زمین و مسکن (ارزان بودن قیمت زمین در مناطق حاشیه نشین)، در میان عوامل اجتماعی؛ جنگ تحمیلی و در میان عوامل سیاسی؛ اجرای سیاست‌های تمرکزگرایی بیشترین تاثیر را بر شکل‌گیری و گسترش محلات حاشیه‌نشین کلان‌شهر اهواز داشته‌اند و سایر متغیرها در مرتبه‌های بعدی قرار دارند.

evaluation and analysis of factors affecting the formation of marginalized neighborhoods in metropolises of iran (case study: ahvaz metropolis)

this study investigates and analyzes the factors affecting the emergence and expansion of informal settlements in the metropolis of ahvaz. the aim of this research is to explain the indicators of informal settlement and analyze the economic, social, and political effects on informal settlements. the research type is applied, and the research method is a combination of documentary, descriptive, and analytical methods. the information required for this research, according to the type of hypotheses and research objectives, has been obtained through the detailed results of the general census of population and housing, various related plans, including the comprehensive and detailed plans of the city of ahvaz, the 1:2000 map of the current situation of the city of ahvaz, and also through documents, magazines, and books related to the topic, questionnaire tools, interviews, and observations. the statistical population of the research included specialists and experts in the field of informal settlements. the sampling method was snowball sampling, through which 30 experts were interviewed. to analyze the data and examine the variables, the structural equation modeling approach of the variance axis and covariance axis in smart pls software 3.2.6 was used. the results of this research show that economic factors, with 78% of the variance of the variable of formation of informal settlements in the metropolis of ahvaz, have the greatest impact on the formation of such settlements in the city of ahvaz. social factors, with 73%, and political factors, with 69%, are in the next ranks of influence on the formation and expansion of informal settlements in the metropolis of ahvaz. among economic factors, the status of the land and housing market (cheapness of land prices in informal areas), social factors, the imposed war and political factors, and the implementation of centralizing policies have had the greatest impacts on the formation and expansion of informal settlements in the metropolis of ahvaz, and other variables are in the next ranks.
