واکاوش ساختار نشانه شناختی شهر: بازنمایی فرایند ادراکی ارزیابی نشانه‌ها (مطالعه موردی: شهر جدید صدرا)

طراحی هدفمند ساختار شهر و به‌ویژه ساختار نشانه‌ای در ارتقای کیفیت قلمروهای همگانی نقشی اساسی دارد. برای دست‌یابی به این ساختار، نه‌تنها مجموعه‌ای از عناصر نشانه‌ای، بلکه نحوه‌ی چیدمان آنها در قالب شبکه‌ای به‌هم پیوسته ضروری می‌نماید. با توجه به اهمیت نشانه‌ها در انسجام فضایی کالبدی و درک یکپارچه از ساختار شهر، این پژوهش بر آن است تا با تاکید بر ساختار نشانه‌شناختی و ادراک و نقشه‌های ذهنی شهروندان، به تبیین نظام بصری شهر جدید صدرا از دو منظر شهروندان و کارشناسان با روش‌شناسی ترکیبی بپردازد. بدین منظور نقشه‌ی ذهنی شهروندان با کمک عناصر نمادین و شناسایی نقاط عطف در 3 مرحله ترسیم و با هم‌پوشانی نقشه‌های ذهنی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار gis، نقشه ادراکی یکپارچه تولید شد. سپس برای درک ساختار نشانه‌شناختی، عناصر نقشه‌های ذهنی شهروندان با استفاده از روش ahp مشخص شد که نشانه‌های بصری، ادراکی، عملکردی و ساختاری به ترتیب از اولویت‌های انتخاب‌شده توسط کارشناسان متخصص هستند. رتبه‌بندی‌ها با استفاده از روش saw برای ارزیابی کیفیت عناصر نقشه‌های ذهنی در رابطه با معیارهای فرعی هر عنصر مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که ویژگی‌های هر نشانه و نحوه‌ی قرار گرفتن آنها در چیدمان ساختار نشانه‌ای شهر می‌تواند آن را در طیف مختلف ادراکی قرار دهد. با توجه به تحلیل‌های صورت گرفته بر تصاویر ذهنی افراد پیرامون ساختار نشانه‌ای شهر صدرا مشخص می‌گردد که نشانه‌ها، کیفیت‌های بصری، ورودی شهر و ورودی خیابان‌های شاخص، فضاهای عمومی و مسیرها جزو عناصر تشکیل‌دهنده‌ی نقشه‌ی ادراکی شهروندان و نظام بصری شهر هستند که با وجود رتبه‌بندی بالاتر کیفیت ادراکی آنها در مرکز شهر، توانسته‌اند جایگاه‌شان را به‌صورت شبکه‌ی ساختار نشانه‌ای بر اساس طیف ارزشی عناصر نشانه‌ای در ذهن افراد تثبیت نمایند.

urban semiotic structure reappraisal: a representation of perceptual landmarks appraisal process (case study: sadra new town)

the conscious and purposeful design of the city structure, and in particular, the symbolic structure of the city, plays an essential role in improving the public realm quality. a set of symbolic elements is necessary to achieve such a structure, arranged in an interconnected network. this study is applied according to its main objectives and has a descriptiveanalytical nature. in this research, the symbolic structure of the city has been analyzed from both citizens’ and experts’ perspectives. considering the importance of signs in the spatiophysical cohesion and the integrated perception of the city structure, this study intends to explain the visual system of sadra new town by emphasizing the semiotic structure and the citizens’ perception and mental maps. for this purpose, after selecting 90 citizens, the research team captured their mental map with the help of symbolic elements and landmark recognition in 3 stages. following this stage, an integrated perceptual map was produced by projecting and overlaying the mental maps using gis software. then, to apprehend the semiotic structure of the new town, the elements present in the citizens’ mental maps were ranked using the ahp method. it was determined that visual, perceptual, functional, and structural landmarks are among the priorities selected by the experts, respectively. the rankings were analyzed using the saw method to assess the quality of the individuals’ mental maps elements concerning the subcriteria of each landmark. in this way, the final score of each landmark, path, and node was calculated and classified in good, medium, and poor spectroscopy. in this way, according to the analysis of the mental maps focusing on the semiotic structure of sadra new town, it is clear that city landmarks, visual qualities, main entrance, and the entrance of distinctive avenues, public spaces, and paths are all crucial elements in the citizens’ perceptual map. these elements are components of the urban visual system with a physicalvisual aspect. according to their specific characteristics, each of them can establish their position in people’s minds.
