ارزیابی عملکرد بازارهای تاریخی در شهرهای ایرانی– اسلامی (مطالعه موردی: بازار تاریخی شهر اردبیل)

بازارهای تاریخی به‌عنوان ستون فقرات و قلب تپنده شهر از مهم‌ترین فضاهای عمومی در شهرهای ایرانی اسلامی هستند که از دیرباز تاکنون با عملکردهای کالبدی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی خود نقش بسزایی در حیات بخشی به جوامع شهری ایفا نموده اند. بازار تاریخی شهر اردبیل ازجمله مهم‌ترین بازارهای تاریخی است که عملکردهای مختلف این بازار، آن را به یک کانون پرجنب و جوش با مرکزیت قوی تبدیل کرده است و با وجود اینکه در طول تاریخ پرفراز و نشیب خود دچار تحولاتی شده و همچنین علی‌رغم تغییرات کالبدی شهر اردبیل، توانسته عملکردهای خود را حفظ کند. هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر شناسایی مهم‌ترین عملکردهای بازار تاریخی شهر اردبیل و تحلیل اهمیت آن‌ها است. پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی بوده و روش تحقیق آن توصیفی– تحلیلی است. جهت گردآوری داده‌ها از مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای اسنادی و میدانی در قالب مشاهده، ابزار پرسش‌نامه و نظرات کارشناسان ذی‌ربط با موضوع برای رسیدن به اهداف پژوهش بهره گرفته شده است. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها و اطلاعات تحقیق با استفاده از مدل‌ دیمتل (dematel) و فرایند تحلیل شبکه‌ای (anp) انجام شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد عملکردهای «برانگیختن حس تعلق و دلبستگی در استفاده‌کنندگان»، «حضور طبقات و قشرهای اجتماعی گوناگون» و «فعالیت‌های تجاری اصناف مختلف» به ترتیب با ضرایب اهمیت 0.668، 0.536 و 0.493 مهم‌ترین عملکردهای بازار تاریخی اردبیل هستند.

0Evaluating the Function of Historical Bazaars in Iranian-Islamic Cities (Case Study: Historical Bazaar of Ardabil City)

Historical Bazaars as the backbone and heart of the city are the most important public spaces in IranianIslamic cities that have long played a significant role in the life of urban communities with their physical, economic, social and cultural functions. The historical Bazaar of Ardabil city is one of the most important historical Bazaars whose various functions have made it a vibrant hub with a strong centrality. Despite its ups and downs throughout history, and the physical changes of Ardabil city notwithstanding, it has managed to maintain its functions. The main purpose of this research is to identify the most important functions of the historical Bazaar of Ardabil city and analyze their significance. The research is applied in terms of purpose and its research method is descriptiveanalytical. In order to collect data, librarydocumentary and field studies in the form of observations, questionnaire tools and opinions of relevant experts on the subject have been used to achieve the objectives of the research. Data were analyzed using the Dematel and the Analytical Network Process (ANP) models. The research findings show that the functions of &Arousing a sense of belonging and attachment in users&, &Presence of different social strata& and &Business activities of different Asnaf (guilds)&, respectively, with significance coefficients of 0.668, 0.536 and 0.493 are the most important functions of Ardabil historical Bazaar.
