تاثیر محیط ساخته‌شده بر سرمایه اجتماعی و پایداری اجتماعی در بافت تاریخی (نمونه موردی: محلات هم پیوند با بازار در بافت تاریخی کرمان)

کیفیت زندگی، سرمایه اجتماعی و پایداری اجتماعی از کلیدی‌ترین محورهای توسعه پایدار هستند که از یک‌سو هر سه پیوند عمیقی با بعد انسانی و اجتماعی توسعه و از سوی دیگر با یکدیگر ارتباط تنگاتنگی دارند. عدم رضایت از کیفیت محیط ساخته‌شده، عدم وجود تعاملات مثبت در شهرها، بی‌اعتمادی، عدم تمایل به مشارکت در ساکنین شهر ازجمله مواردی هستند که سرمایه‌های اجتماعی و درنتیجه برقراری پایداری اجتماعی در شهرها را تحت‌الشعاع قرار داده‌اند. این پژوهش باهدف شناخت و بررسی تاثیر محیط ساخته‌شده محلات بر سرمایه اجتماعی و شاخص‌های پایداری اجتماعی در محلات بافت تاریخی هم پیوند با بازار کرمان می‌باشد. این پژوهش کاربردی توسعه‌ای و روش آن توصیفی علی و تطبیقی است. ابزار مورداستفاده پرسشنامه و مشاهدات میدانی است. چهارصد و نودویک پرسشنامه درنرم‌افزار amosوspss مورد تحلیل قرارگرفت.یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که رابطه مستقیم ومعناداری بین کیفیت محیط ساخته‌شده با سرمایه اجتماعی ورابطه مستقیم و غیرمستقیم معناداری با پایداری اجتماعی ازطریق نقش میانجی سرمایه اجتماعی وجود دارد.نتایج مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری نیز نشان می‌دهد که با بهبود کیفیت محیط ساخته‌شده، وضعیت پایداری اجتماعی و سرمایه اجتماعی در محلات هم پیوند با بازار کرمان(محله گنج علیان مظفری و محله قلعه محمود)بهبود می‌یابد.نتایج پژوهش بر اهمیت نقش کیفیت محیط ساخته‌شده بر سرمایه و پایداری اجتماعی درمحلات موردبررسی دلالت می‌کند.معیار محیط ادارک شده بیشترین ودسترسی به فضای ورزشی-فرهنگی کمترین تاثیر رابر سرمایه و پایداری اجتماعی دارند.علاوه بر این نتایج نشان می‌دهد افزایش سن و مدت سکونت نیز عوامل موثری بر افزایش پایداری و سرمایه اجتماعی هستند که این تاثیر در محله گنج علیخان مظفری نسبت به محله قلعه محمود بیشتر است.

The Effect of the Built Environment on Social Capital and Social Sustainability in Historical Context (Case Study: Linked Neighborhood to Bazar in Kerman Historical Fabric)

Quality of life, social capital, and social sustainability are the key pillars of sustainable development which,on one hand,all of them have a deep link with the human and social dimension of development and on the other hand they are closely interrelated. Lack of satisfaction from built environment quality,lack of positive interactions in cities,distrust,unwillingness to participate in the city residents have been overshadowed social capital and, consequently,social sustainability in the cities. This research aims to identify and investigate the impact of the built environment on social capital and social sustainability indicators in the historical neighborhood that linked to the Kerman Bazar. The questionnaire and field study are the main data collection methods. The results show there is a direct and meaningful relationship between the quality of the built environment and social capital and also there is a direct and indirect meaningful relationship with social sustainability through the role of mediating social capital. The results of structural equations modeling also demonstrate that by improving the quality of the built environment, the status of social sustainability and social capital in the Linked neighborhoods of Kerman Bazar will improve. Research results point to the importance of the role of the quality of the built environment on social capital and social sustainability. The most effective criterion on social capital and social sustainability is perceived environments while accessibility to sports activities and cultural space is the least. Moreover, the results indicate aging and residence period are also effective factors in increasing social capital and social sustainability.
