ارزیابی میزان و عوامل موثر بر اعتماد شهروندان به مدیریت شهری (مطالعه موردی: منطقه یک شهر شیراز)

شرایط امروزین کلانشهر شیراز، نیاز به سنجش و گسترش اعتماد اجتماعی در همه سطوح و ابعاد زندگی شهری را جدیتر ساخته است و از سوی دیگر، فقدان پیوندهای سنتی و ایجاد پیوندهای اجتماعی جدید، مفهوم اعتماد را با معضلاتی مواجه نموده است. بنابراین، هدف این پژوهش سنجش عوامل موثر بر اعتماد شهروندان به مدیریت شهری(مطالعه موردی: منطقه یک شهر شیراز) می باشد. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ روش توصیفی – تحلیلی با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه می باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش، شهروندان منطقه یک شهر شیراز بوده اند که تعداد نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 384 نفر محاسبه شد. روایی سوالات پرسشنامه توسط اساتید و متخصصان حوزه جغرافیا و برنامه ریزی شهری مورد تایید قرار گرفت، پایایی آن نیز با آزمون آلفای کرونباخ 0.93 محاسبه شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده های حاصل از پرسشنامه از نرم افزار spss استفاده شده است. نتایج آزمون کلوموگروف اسمیرنوف غیر نرمال بودن داده ها را نشان داد به همین جهت برای پاسخگویی به سوالات پژوهش از آزمون های ناپارامتریک کای اسکوئر و کروسکال والیس استفاده شده است. نتایج حاصل از آزمون کای اسکوئر نشان داد که شهروندان منطقه یک شهر شیراز اعتماد پایینی به مدیریت شهری دارند همچنین ویژگی های اعتماد شونده (شهرداری و شورای شهر) بیشترین تاثیر را بر میزان اعتماد شهروندان داشته و ویژگی های اعتماد کننده (شهروندان) و ویژگی های ثابت محیط به ترتیب تاثیر کمتری بر میزان اعتماد شهروندان به مدیریت شهری داشته اند. همچنین آزمون کروسکال والیس نشان داد که تمامی متغیرهای مورد بررسی در پژوهش با 0.000=sig و خطای کمتر از 0.05 تاثیر معناداری بر میزان اعتماد شهروندان به مدیریت شهری داشته است.

Assessing the Rate and Factors Affecting of Citizens' Trust in Urban Management (Case Study: Zone 1,Shiraz City)

Trustbased management is a modern statement of ancient thought that is well known and wellknown in today's relationships, and its mechanisms can be effective in achieving individual and organizational effectiveness. The purpose of this study is to measure the factors affecting of citizen trust in urban management (case study: Shiraz city). The present research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive analytic method using the questionnaire tool. The statistical population of the study was citizens of Shiraz city. The sample size was calculated using Cochran's formula of 384 people. Validity of the questionnaire questions was verified by professors and experts in the field of geography and urban planning, its reliability was calculated by Cronbach's alpha of 0.93. SPSS software was used to analyze the data of the questionnaire. The results of KolmogorovSmirnov test showed abnormal data. Therefore, nonparametric ChiSquare and KruskalWallis tests were used to answer the research questions. The results of the Chisquare test showed that citizens of Shiraz district have a lower level of confidence in urban management. Also, the trusted characteristics (municipalities and city councils) have the greatest impact on the level of citizen's trust and the characteristics of the trustworthy (citizens) and characteristics Environmental constraints have had a lesser impact on the level of citizen confidence in urban management. Also, Kruskal Wallis test showed that all the variables studied in the research with sig = 0.000 and error less than 0.05 had a significant effect on the level of citizen trust in urban management.
