تحلیل نابرابری فضایی در ایجاد نقاط داغ سرقت خانه های دوم در شهرستان چالوس

مقدمه: توسعه گردشگری خانه‌های دوم از طریق ساخت خانه های ویلای در حومه های روستایی پیرامون شهرچالوس یکی از مهم‌ترین اشکال توسعه گردشگری در منطقه است. تامین امنیت و کاهش سرقت جرم در این گونه اقامت‌گاه‌های گردشگری می تواند تاثیر بسزایی بر توسعه گردشگری خانه‌های دوم در سطح منطقه‌ای داشته باشد..داده و روش: این پژوهش ازنوع توصیفی- تحلیلی است. برای انجام شناسایی وضعیت اقتصادی و اجتماعی محلات شهر چالوس از پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. ابزار گردآوری با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه‌ای از طریق آمار و اطلاعات کسب شده از مرکز آمار فراجا استفاده شده است.برای روش ‌های تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از روش‌های آماری وتحلیل آمار وگرافیکی،سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی(gis)t ابزار رگرسیون وزنی جغرافیایی((gwr و spss جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های مرتبط در راستای ارتباط جرائم سرقت با سایر مولفه‌ها و شناسایی الگوهای جرم سرقت خانه‌های دوم در شهر چالوس استفاده شد.جهت مقایسه هر یک از شاخص ها در محلات مختلف شهر چالوس از آزمون t تک نمونه‌ای استفاده شده است.یافته‌ها: براساس شاخص‌های کیفیت زندگی در سطح محلات شهر چالوس ،شاخص‌های کیفیت زندگی در سطح نسبتا مطلوبی قرار دارند. در محلات 8 (به‌عنوان محله مرفه‌نشین) و محله 6 (به عنوان محله مرکزی شهر چالوس) شاخص‌های کیفیت زندگی در سطح بسیار بالایی قرار گرفته‌اند..نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد که شاخص های مشارکت اجتماعی و امنیت دارای ارتباط مثبت و معنادار با شاخص کیفیت زندگی و سرقت می باشد. این شاخص ها بیشتر می تواند بهبود کیفیت زندگی و کاهش سطوح سرقت در محله های چالوس را نشان دهد. زیرا مشارکت اجتماعی می تواند فرصت هایی برای برقراری ارتباط های اجتماعی مثبت را فراهم کند. ارتباطات مثبت و اجتماعی قوی می تواند بهبودی در کیفیت زندگی و کاهش سطوح جرم و جنایت را ایجاد کند

analysis of spatial inequality in the creation of hotspots of theft of second homes in chalus city

introduction: the development of second home tourism through the construction of villas in the rural suburbs around chalos is one of the most important forms of tourism development in the region. providing security and reducing crime in such tourist accommodations can have a significant impact on the development of second home tourism at the regional level.data and method: this research is descriptive-analytical. a questionnaire has been used to identify the economic and social situation of chalus city. for data analysis methods، statistical methods and graphic statistics analysis، geographical information system t regression tools were used. geographical weighting (gwr) and spss were used to analyze the related data in line with the relationship between theft crimes and other components and to identify crime patterns of theft of second homes in chalus city. in order to compare each of the indicators in different localities. in chalus city، one-sample t-test was used.results: based on the indicators of the quality of life at the level of the neighborhoods of chalus city، the indicators of the quality of life are at a relatively favorable level. in neighborhood 8 (as a prosperous neighborhood) and neighborhood 6 (as the central neighborhood of chalus city)، the indicators of the quality of life are at a very high level.conclusion: the geographic weighted regression model showed that there is a weak relationship between quality of life and theft from second homes in chalus city، and this pattern is scattered and clustered in all parts of the city.
