نقش مدیریت منابع انسانی پایدار مبتنی بر ابعاد فرهنگی گفتمان مقاومت اسلامی در رشد گردشگری (مطالعه موردی: جهان شهر مقاومت، کرمان)

مقدمه: امروزه گردشگری از بخش های پیشرو در اقتصاد جهانی است و منبع عظیمی از درآمدها، اشتغال زایی و... را در بر می‌گیرد. مدیران گردشگری معتقدند؛ منابع انسانی و مدیریت آن عاملی موثر در موفقیت است، کرمان به‌عنوان یکی از پایگاه های موثر گفتمان مقاومت اسلامی و مدفن شهید سلیمانی؛ می تواند پذیرای گردشگران تاریخی-مذهبی باشد.داده و روش: روش پژوهش توصیفی- پیمایشی از نوع همبستگی است. در بخش کیفی با رویکرد اکتشافی ابعاد فرهنگی گفتمان مقاومت اسلامی شناخته می‌شوند. جامعه آماری شامل فعالان گردشگری کرمان است. با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و در سطح خطای 5/. تعداد نمونه آماری 384 نفر برآورد شده است. از نرم افزار spss در بخش آمار توصیفی، از pls جهت تحلیل عامل تاییدی و maxqda برای دستیابی به ابعاد فرهنگی گفتمان مقاومت اسلامی استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: ابعاد فرهنگی گفتمان مقاومت اسلامی شامل؛ آرمان گرایی،اخلاق حرفه ای، تواضع و احترام، خدمت، مدیریت میدانی، هویت ملی و واقع بینی و ابعاد مدیریت منابع انسانی پایدار شامل؛ ارتقا سلامت، آموزش، خود مسئولیتی، دیدگاه ذینفعان، مدیریت عملکرد، مزیت رقابتی و نوآوری است.نتیجه‌گیری: ارتباط مثبت و معنی دار میان ابعاد فرهنگی گفتمان مقاومت اسلامی و مدیریت منابع انسانی پایدار در حوزه گردشگری مذهبی وجود دارد، پیشنهاد می شود مدیران گردشگری کرمان را به عنوان جهان شهر مقاومت و الگویی نمونه در گردشگری مذهبی معرفی نمایند.

the role of sustainable human resources management based on the cultural dimensions of islamic resistance discourse in the growth of tourism (case study: world city of resistance; kerman)

introduction: today, tourism is one of the leading sectors in the global economy and includes a huge source of income, job creation, cultural exchanges, etc. on the other hand; tourism managers believe; human resources and its management is an effective factor in success, therefore; the city of kerman, having a vast historical background, is now one of the effective bases of the discourse of islamic resistance and the burial place of general martyr soleimani; it can accommodate historical-religious tourists.data and method: the method of this research is descriptive-survey of correlation type. in the qualitative part, the cultural dimensions of the discourse of islamic resistance are known using the exploratory approach. the statistical population includes all managers, employees and tourism activists of kerman city, which due to the high volume of the population using cochran's formula and at the error level of 5. the number of statistical sample is estimated to be 384 people. spss software was used in the descriptive statistics section and pls software was used for confirmatory factor analysis so that the data could be properly analyzed. maxqda software has also been used to achieve the cultural dimensions of the islamic resistance discourse.results: the cultural dimensions of the discourse of islamic resistance include; idealism, professional ethics, humility and respect, service, field management, national identity and realism. also; dimensions of sustainable human resource management include; health promotion, education, self-responsibility, stakeholder perspective, performance management, competitive advantage and innovation.conclusion: there is a positive and significant relationship between the cultural aspects of the discourse of islamic resistance and sustainable human resource management in the field of religious tourism, therefore; it is suggested that tourism managers use the obtained concepts to introduce kerman as a world city of resistance and an exemplary model in religious tourism.
