ارزیابی مولفه های تاثیر گذار بر حکمروایی خوب روستایی از دیدگاه کارشناسان و صاحب نظران

امروزه حکمروایی از عرصه حکومت در می‌گذرد و با مشکلات زیادی روبروست و چاره ای جزء رهایی از آنها را ندارد. حکمروایی باید بتواند که مشارکت و همکاری را بین تمام نیروهای موثر در مدیریت جامعه، یعنی دولت ها، بخش های خصوصی و تشکل های مردمی برقرار کند. از این رو این پژوهش با هدف ارزیابی الگوی علی معیارهای موثر بر حکمروایی خوب انجام شده است. تحقیق حاضر با توجه به هدف آن کاربردی ، و براساس روش انجام توصیفی-علی می باشد. نمونه آماری پژوهش را 30 نفر از کارشناسان و متخصصان مرتبط با امر مدیریت روستایی و برنامه ریزی روستایی تشکیل می دادند. به منظور دستیابی به هدف پژوهش از تکنیک دیمتل فازی استفاده شد. یافته‌های حاصل از پژوهش نشان دهنده آن بود که از بین معیارهای هشت گانه حکمروایی خوب معیار مشارکت و قانونمندی تاثیرگذارترین و معیار کارایی و اثر بخشی تاثیر پذیرترین معیار حکمروایی خوب بودند. همچنین معیار مشارکت به عنوان بااهمیت ترین معیار حکمروایی خوب شناسایی شد.

evaluation of effective components on good rural governance from the perspective of experts and thinkers

today, governance is leaving the field of government and is facing many problems. governance should beable to establish partnership and cooperation between all effective forces in society management, namelygovernments, private sectors and popular organizations. therefore, this research has been done with the aim ofevaluating the causal pattern of the criteria that are effective on good governance. the current research ispractical according to its purpose, and based on the causal descriptive method. this study in 1401 and thestatistical sample of the research consisted of 30 experts and specialists related to rural management and ruralplanning. in order to achieve the goal of the research, the fuzzy dimetal technique was used. the findings of theresearch showed that among the eight criteria of good governance, participation and legality criteria were themost effective and efficiency and effectiveness criteria were the most effective criteria of good governance.also, the criterion of participation was identified as the most important criterion of good governance. identifyingand evaluating the components of the desired governance can provide the basis for growth and development inrural areas with appropriate foundation in all aspects of decision-making and realize appropriate operationalstrategies in order to achieve it. therefore, fundamental attention to the issue of good governance is suggested as a background issue in order to solve the problems of the residents of rural areas.
