واکاوی رضایتمندی گردشگران روستایی مورد مطالعه: روستای ونایی بروجرد

پژوهش حاضر در راستای توسعه گردشگری روستایی و با هدف واکاوی رضایتمندی گردشگران انجام گرفت. تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش تحقیق توصیفی- پیمایشی و از نوع همبستگی محسوب می گردد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، گردشگران روستای در سال 1400 در روستای ونائی بروجرد می باشند. برای انتخاب نمونه ها از روش نمونه گیری در دسترس استفاده شد. روش جمع آوری اطلاعات و داده ها، میدانی و ابزار آن پرسشنامه محقق ساخته است. اعتبار پرسشنامه از طریق اعتبار صوری و اعتبار سازه ها و پایایی آن از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ تائید شد. آزمون همبستگی نشان می دهد که بین زیرساخت‌های فضایی، نیازهای ایمنی، نیازهای محبت و تعلق پذیری، نیازهای خودشکوفایی، تامین نیازهای فیزیکی و رضایتمندی رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. با توجه به ضرایب رگرسیونی، زیرساخت‌ها، نیازهای فیزیکی و نیازهای خودشکوفایی با متغیر وابسته یعنی رضایتمندی رابطه مستقیم و مثبت دارند. نتایج پژوهش حاضر بطور کلی بیانگر آن است که رضایت گردشگران به واسطه ماهیت سفر و همچنین انگیزه های گردشگران در حد قابل قبولی می باشد. با توجه به علاقمندی گردشگران به تمایل مجدد سفر به این روستا پیشنهاد می شود جهت ارتقای کمی و کیفی زیر ساخت های اصلی گردشگری روستائی نظیر ارتقای زیرساخت های ارتباطی مخابراتی، حمل و نقل و همچنین نظارت جدی بر کمیت و کیفیت خدمات ارائه شده نظیر نرخ گذاری کرایه ها، وضعیت بهداشتی و غیره اقدامات اساسی صورت پذیرد.

analysis of rural tourists satisfaction, case study: vanai village of boroujerd

the present study was conducted in order to develop rural tourism with the aim of investigating the satisfaction of tourists. the present research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey research in terms of correlational type. the statistical population of this study is rural tourists in 1400 in vanai village of boroujerd. available sampling method was used to select the samples. the method of collecting information and data, field and its tools have made a researcher questionnaire. the validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by face validity and validity of structures and its reliability was confirmed by cronbach’s alpha coefficient. the correlation test shows that there is a significant relationship between spatial infrastructure, safety needs, love and belonging needs, self-fulfillment needs, physical needs and satisfaction. according to regression coefficients, infrastructure, physical needs and self-fulfillment needs and safety needs have a direct and positive relationship with the dependent variable, ie satisfaction. the results of the present study generally indicate that the satisfaction of tourists due to the nature of travel and also the motivations of tourists is acceptable.
