شناسایی پیشران‌های تاثیرگذار بر گردشگری روستایی با رویکرد آینده‌پژوهی (نمونه موردی: روستاهای شهرستان نیر)

یکی از مهمترین بحث‌ها در خصوص توسعه گردشگری، برنامه‌ریزی برای آینده و در واقع آینده پژوهی است. بنابراین، این پژوهش قصد دارد مهمترین پیشران‌های موثر در گردشگری روستاهای نیر را شناسایی نموده و سپس با ارائه راهکارها و استراتژی‌ها توسعه گردشگری این شهر را برای آینده تدوین نماید. این پژوهش در سال 1400 انجام شده و بر اساس هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت تحلیلی و اکتشافی است. روش گردآوری اطلاعات، با توجه به ماهیت مطالعه تحقیق به دو صورت کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی بوده است. داده‌های کیفی با پرسشنامه باز و بررسی اسناد صورت گرفت. داده‌های کمی به صورت عددی و از طریق وزن‌دهی پرسشنامه دلفی تهیه شد. به شکلی که ابتدا شاخص‌ها در ابعاد مختلف گردآوری و سپس در اختیار متخصصین و کارشناسان قرار داده شد. برای شناسایی متغیرهای پیشران و کلیدی از مدل تاثیرات متقابل در قالب نرم‌افزار میک مک استفاده شده است. در مرحله بعد پس از شناسایی عوامل کلیدی از 30 نفر از متخصصین درخواست گردید، در چارچوب ماتریس تاثیرات متقابل، بر اساس میزان تاثیرگذاری و تاثیرپذیری به شاخص‌ها امتیاز صفر تا سه اختصاص دهند. نتایج نشان داد شش متغیر در جایگاه مستقل، دو متغیر به عنوان ورودی، دو متغیر وابسته و دو متغیر نیز در جایگاه دوجهی قرار داشتند. همچنین عامل گردشگری برنامه‌ریزی شده در روستاها که میزان اثرگذاری مستقیم آن 24 بدست آمد، به عنوان عامل ورودی با بالاترین قدرت تعیین کنندگی در جایگاه نخست، پیشران‌های کلیدی برای توسعه گردشگری روستاهای شهرستان نیر از دیدگاه هیات خبرگان است. همچنین حفظ محیط زیست، امکانات اقامتی و امکانات بهداشتی روستا با میزان اثرگذاری 17 در جایگاه دوم قرار داشتند. در این راستا پیشنهاد می‌گردد، با توجه به توان‌ها و پتانسیل‌های منطقه مورد نظر، برنامه‌ای مدون جهت توسعه گردشگری روستایی تدوین گردد. به گونه‌ای که توسعه صنعت گردشگری در نواحی روستایی مورد مطالعه به عنوان یک استراتژی جدید توسط جوامع محلی، عوامل سیاسی و برنامه‌ریزان است که به عنوان عوامل مهم اصلاح مناطق روستایی به شمار می‌آ‌یند و می‌تواند نقش عمده‌ای در توسعه این نواحی داشته باشد.

identifying drivers influencing rural tourism with a future research approach (case study: villages of nir county)

one of the most important discussions about tourism development is planning for the future, and in fact, futures studies therefore, this study intends to identify the most important drivers of tourism in nir villages and then provide solutions and strategies to develop tourism in the county in the future. this research was done in the year 2021 and is based on its applied purpose and in terms of its analytical and exploratory nature. the method of data collection, according to the nature of the research study, is both library and field. qualitative data was collected through an open questionnaire and document review. quantitative data was prepared numerically and by weighting the delphi questionnaire. in such a way that first the indicators were collected in different dimensions, and then they were provided to specialists and experts. in order to identify driving and key variables, the model of mutual effects has been used in the form of mic mac software. in the next step, after identifying the key factors, 30 experts were asked to assign a score of 0 to 3 to the indicators based on their degree of influence in the framework of the matrix of mutual effects. the results showed that six variables were in independent positions, two variables were input variables, two were dependent variables, and two were in binary positions. also, the factor of planned tourism in the villages, whose direct impact was 24, as the input factor with the highest determining power in the first place, is the key driver for the development of tourism in the villages of nair city from the expert panel's point of view. also, environmental protection, residential facilities, and health facilities of the village were in second place with an impact rate of 17. in this regard, it is suggested to develop a codified programme for the development of rural tourism according to the powers and potentials of the region. in such a way that the development of the tourism industry in rural areas is studied as a new strategy by local communities, political agents, and planners who are considered important factors in the reform of rural areas and can play a major role in the development of these areas.
