بررسی تحولات کاربری اراضی نواحی روستایی شهرستان تایباد مورد مطالعه: دهستان کوهسنگی

یکی از وظایف اصلی و مهم برنامه ریزان در نواحی روستایی، تخصیص زمین به کاربری های گوناگون باتوجه به نقش و کارکرد و میزان تاثیرگذاری هرکدام از کاربری ها بر یکدیگر است. هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی تحولات کاربری اراضی روستایی است.روش تحقیق توصیفی و تحلیلی می باشد که با استفاده از نقشه و پرسشنامه به بررسی موضوع پرداخته است. در این تحقیق تغییرات کاربری اراضی 4 روستای دهستان کوهسنگی طی 20 سال اخیر مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است . که تغییرات کاربری پیرامون روستایی با تهیه نقشه با استفاده از نرم افزار envi و arc map مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است همچنین برای بررسی تغییرات درون بافت روستایی و ارزیابی میزان سازگاری این تغییرات از پرسشنامه که توسط 60 نفر از خبرگان محلی پر شده است که با استفاده از نرم افزارspss تحلیل شده است.نتایج بدست آمده نشان میدهد که در فاصله 10 ساله اول تحقیق بیشترین رشد تغییر کاربری در کاربری مسکونی صورت گرفته و کمترین تغییر کاربری در کاربری غیرگیاهی و در بازده زمانی 10 ساله دوم تحقیق دو کاربری مسکونی و مرتع و علفزار با کمترین تغییر کاربری نسبت به دیگر کاربری نسبت به ده ساله اول داشته اند. همچنین با ارزیابی تناسب تغییرات کاربری با شاخص سازگاری با استفاده از3 مولفه امنیت عمومی ، منظر و چشم انداز و محیط زیست نتایج بدست امده بدین صورت است که در مولفه امنیت عمومی و منظر و چشم انداز کاربری های مذهبی، مسکونی سازگاری بیشتری نسبت به دیگر کاربری ها داشته و در مولفه محیط زیست کاربری فضای سبز سازگاری بیشتری نسبت به دیگر کاربری ها دارد.

investigating land use developments in rural areas of taybad city case study: koohsangi village

one of the main tasks of planners in rural region is to allocate land to different uses according to the function and the impact of each function on each other. the aim of this study is to investigate usage progression of rural fields. the research method is descriptive and analytical, which has been studied using a map and a questionnaire. in this land study, conversion function have been studied in four villages: jozghan, hosseini, soran and kohjeh of kuhsangi village, during the last 20 years. which has examined land usage changes around the villages by preparing a map in envi and arc map software. in addition, to investigate the conversions within the rural ground and evaluate the compatibility of these changes through a questionnaire that was fulfilled by 60 endemic persons using purposive random sampling and analyzed using spss software. the results show that in the first 10 years of the research, the highest growth of land usage conversion occurred in residential use and the least change was in nonvegetation land and in residential usage, rangeland was with the least change in usage in the second 10 years of research unlike to others in the first 10 years. also, by evaluating the conversion indicator of compatibility indicator with using the three components of public security, village vision and environment, the results are as follows: according to the public security and village vision, residentialreligious usage are more compatible than other usages and due to environment, greenbelt is more compatible than other usages
