ارزیابی عملکرد پایه ای نقاط شهری در توسعۀ اقتصادی روستاهای پیراشهری(مورد: روستاهای بخش مرکزی شهر نورآباددلفان)

نقاط شهری بعنوان مکان‌های سرویس دهنده پیرامون خود، توسعه این فضاها را تحت تاثیر قرار داده‌اند. لذا باید عملکردی مناسب و موثری در جهت توسعه سکونتگاه‌های پیرامون خود داشته باشند. بر مبنای این پیش‌فرض، مقالۀ حاضر ضمن تعیین عملکرد شهر نورآباد؛ به تحلیل تاثیر آن بر توسعه اقتصادی نواحی پیرامونی پرداخته است. این پژوهش از منظر هدف؛ کاربردی، و به لحاظ ماهیت روش توصیفی تحلیلی محسوب می‌شود. بنابراین ابتدا به کمک روش ضریب مکانی(lq) اقتصاد پایه منطقه سنجیده شد، سپس با استفاده از تکنیک تحلیلی mabak تاثیر اقتصاد پایه بر میزان توسعۀ اقتصادی روستاها پیراشهری مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. نهایتاً به روش تکسونومی عددی با برنامه spss به شیوۀ طراحی پرسشنامه کارشناسان، سطح توسعۀ اقتصادی روستاهای مجاور شهر نورآباد دلفان رتبه‌بندی گردید. نتایج حاکی از آن است که بخش کشاورزی به عنوان بخش غالب اقتصاد ناحیه ارزیابی گردید. در بررسی شاخص‌های اقتصادی موثر بر توسعۀ روستاها به طریق mabak مشخص شد که شاخص‌هایی چون؛ دستیابی به شغل دوم با ضریب وزنی 3.399 و تغییر شغل با ضریب وزنی 3.193 در اولویت این روش قرار گرفته‌اند. این فرایند ناشی از آن است که میزان توسعۀ اقتصادی مناطق در سطح پائینی قرار دارد. سرانجام در رتبه‌بندی انجام شده در تکنیک تکسونومی عددی، مشخص گردید که روستاهای خلیفه‌آباد(باوزن0.107)، زالی‌آباد(باوزن0.152)، چشمه‌خانی(با وزن0.212)، به ترتیب در رتبه‌های 1 تا 3 و مابقی روستاها در رده‌های بعدی قرار دارند. لذا با توجه به اولویت‌های به دست آمده، قرار گرفتن در مسیرهای اصلی ترد بین شهر نورآباد با شهرها و روستاهای دور و نزدیک باعث توسعۀ نسبی بعضی از مناطق شده، و اقتصاد پایه این شهر نقش چندانی در توسعۀ اقتصادی روستاهای پیراشهری نداشته است.

Assessing the basic performance of urban areas in the economic development of Piranshahr villages (Case: Villages in the central part of Noorabad Delfan city)

Urban areas, as places of service, have influenced the development of these spaces. Therefore, they must have a proper and effective performance in order to develop the settlements around them. Based on this premise, the present article while determining the performance of Noorabad city; It analyzes its impact on the economic development of the surrounding areas. This research from the perspective of the goal; Applied, and in terms of the nature of the descriptive method, it is considered analytical. Therefore, first, the basic economy of the region was measured by the spatial coefficient (LQ) method, then using MABAK analytical technique, the effect of the basic economy on the economic development of the villages of Pirahshahri was measured. Finally, by numerical taxonomy method, the level of economic development of the villages adjacent to Noorabad Delfan city was ranked according to the design method of the experts’ questionnaire. The results indicate that the agricultural sector was considered as the dominant sector of the region’s economy. In the study of economic indicators affecting the development of villages through MABAK, it was found that indicators such as; Achieving the second job with a weighted coefficient of 3.399 and changing jobs with a weighted coefficient of 3.193 are among the priorities of this method. This process is due to the fact that the economic development of the regions is at a low level. Finally, in the ranking made in the numerical taxonomic technique, it was determined that the villages of KhalifaAbad (weight 0.107), Zaliabad (weight 0.152), Cheshmekhani (weight 0.212), respectively, in the rankings 1 to 3 and the rest of the villages are in the next ranks. Therefore, according to the obtained priorities, being on the main bumpy routes between Noorabad city and far and near towns and villages has caused the relative development of some areas, and the basic economy of this city has not played much role in the economic development of Piranshahr villages.
