دیدگاه زنان روستایی در مورد تاثیر طرح توان‌افزایی جامعه محلی شهرستان قلع‌گنج بر توانمندسازی زنان (مورد: دهستان سرخ‌قلعه)

پژوهش حاضر با هدف مطالعه تاثیر اجرای طرح توان‎افزایی جامعه محلی شهرستان قلعه‌گنج در استان کرمان بر توانمندسازی زنان در روستاهای دهستان سرخ‌قلعه انجام شد. پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش، تحلیلی همبستگی است. جامعه آماری 975 نفر از زنان روستایی تحت پوشش این طرح در دهستان سرخ‎قلعه بود که 138 نمونه براساس فرمول کوکران به دست آمد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته که روایی آن توسط متخصصین و پایایی آن با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ تایید شد. توزیع و انتخاب نمونه‌ها نیز براساس نسبت آن‌ها و به صورت تصادفی بود. برحسب نتایج پژوهش، اجرای این طرح در بُعد شخصیتی، موجب افزایش اعتماد به نفس، احساس استقلال، ارزشمندی و افزایش قدرت تصمیم‎گیری در زنان شده که در نتیجه، افزایش مشارکت آنان در انتخابات شوراها و مدیریت در روستای خود را به دنبال داشته است. در بُعد اجتماعی، موجب افزایش وجهه و منزلت اجتماعی، اعتبار ایده‎ها و نظرات نزد خانواده و اجتماع و همچنین تربیت صحیح فرزندان در خانواده‌ شده است. اما در بُعد اقتصادی، این طرح تنها موجب ایجاد روحیه کارآفرینی در میان زنان شده و در بسیاری از متغیرهای اقتصادی موفقیت آمیز نبوده است. بنابراین، فراهم‎کردن شرایط به صورت تامین منابع مالی، ایجاد صندوق‌های قرض‌الحسنه و پس‌انداز و تنوع‌بخشی در فعالیت‌ها و برنامه‌های آموزشیمهارتی در بین زنان برای شروع فعالیت‌های اقتصادی، می‌تواند موجب اشتغال، پس‌انداز و تنوع بخشیدن به فعالیت‌های اقتصادی در میان آنان گردد. همچنین با توجه به یافته‌های دیگر پژوهش، میان متغیرهای سن، سطح تحصیلات و وضعیت تاهل زنان، با توانمندسازی آنان رابطه معناداری وجود دارد.

Rural Women’s Commenton the Impact of the Qale Ganj Local Community Empowerment Plan on Women’s Empowerment (Case of Sorkh Qale Township)

This study investigated the empowerment program of the local community of Ghale Ganj city in Kerman province on the empowerment of women in the villages of Sorkh Qale rural district. This research is used in terms of purpose and in terms of analyticalcorrelation method. The statistical population was 975 rural women covered by this project in the Red Fort area. 138 samples were obtained based on Cochran’s formula. The data collection tool was a researchermade questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by experts and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. Distribution and selection of samples were done based on their ratio and randomly. According to the results, the implementation of this plan in the dimension of personality has increased confidence, sense of independence, value and increased decisionmaking power in women, which in turn, their participation in council elections and management in their village in the social dimension has increased. Social credibility is the credibility of ideas and opinions in the family and society, as well as the proper upbringing of children in the family. But economically, the project has only created an entrepreneurial spirit among women and has not been successful in many economic variables. Therefore, creating conditions in the form of financing, creating appropriate credit and savings funds, and creating diversity in activities and educational programs among women to start economic activities, can lead to employment, savings and diversity in their economic activities. Be. Also, according to other research findings, there is a significant relationship between the variables of age, level of education and marital status of women with their empowerment.
