بررسی عوامل موثر بر سودآوری واحدهای گلخانه‌ای در دشت ورامین

هدف این تحقیق، ارزیابی اقتصادی واحدهای گلخانه‌ای و عوامل موثر بر سودآوری آن‌ها در دشت ورامین بوده است. این تحقیق از نوع توصیفی‌‌ همبستگی بوده که با استفاده از روش پیمایشی انجام گرفته است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، شامل بهره‌برداران گلخانه‌های دایر و زیر کشت دشت ورامین بودند. با استفاده از جدول کرجی و مورگان و با توجه به حجم جامعه آماری، تعداد نمونه‌ها 108 نفر برآورد گردید که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای، نمونه‌‌ها انتخاب شدند. ابزار اصلی این تحقیق پرسشنامه‌ای بود که روایی آن با کسب نظرات اساتید و صاحب‌نظران در حوزه کشاورزی به‌دست آمد و پایایی آن از طریق محاسبه آلفای کرونباخ تایید شد. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان‌داد که میانگین شاخص سودآوری درآمد به هزینه 2.286 بوده است و بین متغیرهای تجربه‌کاری کشاورز، سطح تحصیلات، درآمد سالانه کشاورزی، مساحت گلخانه، میزان استفاده از منابع اطلاعاتی و دانش فنی با شاخص سودآوری درآمد به هزینه رابطه مثبت و معنی‌داری وجود دارد. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل رگرسیون نیز حاکی از آن بود که پنج متغیر دانش فنی، مساحت گلخانه، تجربه کشاورزی، درآمد کشاورزی و میزان استفاده از منابع اطلاعاتی مهم‌ترین متغیرهای مستقل موثر بر تبیین شاخص سودآوری درآمد به هزینه بوده که در مجموع 51.5 درصد از تغییرات متغیر وابسته تحقیق را تبیین کردند. در انتها پیشنهاد می‌شود که با اقداماتی چون افزایش سطح دانش فنی و دسترسی و استفاده کشاورزان از منابع اطلاعاتی، شاخص سودآوری درآمد به هزینه بهبود بخشیده شود.

Identifying and Studying the Factors Effective on Greenhouses Profitability in the Varamin Plain

The purpose of this research was economic evaluation of green houses and the factors that affect their profitability in the Varamin plain. The type of this research is descriptivecorrelation research that was conducted by using a survey method. The statistical population of the research consisted of the beneficiary farmers of established and cultivated green houses in the Varamin plain. The sample size was 108 farmers. The sampling method was simple random sampling method. The main tool of this research study is a questionnaire that whose validity was verified by using a panel of experts and professors in the field of agriculture. The reliability of the questionnaire was assessed through a pretest for which the Cronbach alpha was between 0.78 and 0.85 which is considered to be acceptable. The results of this research study show that the mean of the profitability index of cost benefit  was 2.286 and thus there is a significant positive correlation between agricultural experience, the level of famer education, agricultural income, the total area of the green house, technical knowledge, using of information resources with the cost benefit  profitability index. The results of regression analysis also indicated that the five variables of agricultural experience, agricultural income, the total area of the green house, technical knowledge, using of information resources well explain for 51.5 % of the changes in the cost benefit profitability index of the green houses located in the Varamin plain. Finally, it is recommended to improve the cost benefit profitability index by actions such as increasing the level of technical knowledge and farmers’ access to and use of information resources.
