بررسی نقش شوراهای اسلامی و دهیاری‌ها بر توسعه روستایی در بخش مرکزی شهرستان اسلامشهر

هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی نقش شوراهای اسلامی و دهیاری‌ها‌ بر توسعه روستایی در بخش مرکزی شهرستان اسلامشهر می‌باشد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق سرپرستان خانوار در روستاهای بخش مرکزی شهرستان اسلامشهر هستند که حدود 6133 نفر می باشد. از این تعداد 362 نفر از طریق فرمول کوکران به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند، روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای بود. این تحقیق از نوع توصیفی‌ همبستگی می‌باشد. ابزار اصلی این تحقیق پرسشنامه‌ای است که روایی آن با کسب نظرات اساتید و صاحب‌نظران در حوزه توسعه روستایی به دست آمد. پایایی پرسشنامه از طریق آزمون الفای کرونباخ برای هر بخش پرسشنامه انجام گرفت و براساس نتایج، با مقدار 0.82مورد تایید می‌باشد. ﺑﺮای ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎ از ﻣﺪل‌ﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎری ﺑﺎ ﮐﻤﮏ ﻧﺮم‌اﻓﺰار spss و lisrel اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. نتایج تحلیل عاملی تاییدی، موید برازش مناسب مدل و مطابقت عوامل استخراج شده با سوالات طراحی شده در مدل تحقیق بودند. براساس نتایج، سازه‌های توسعه اجتماعی‌ فرهنگی، توسعه زیست‌محیطی، توسعه کالبدی و توسعه اقتصادی به ترتیب با داشتن 0.71، 0.63، 0.61 و 0.35 بار عاملی به ترتیب 71 درصد، 63 درصد، 61 درصد و 35 درصد از واریانسشان توسط شوراهای اسلامی و دهیاری‌ها تبیین می‌شود. کلمات کلیدی: شوراهای اسلامی، دهیاری‌ها، توسعه روستایی، شهرستان اسلامشهر.

The Role of Islamic Councils and Dehyary on the Rural Developmentin the Central District of the Islamshar Township

Promoting the quality of life is one of the key concepts of sustainable development that appears in all economic, social, cultural, environmental, physical and institutional fields. The main purpose of this article is measuring the sustainability of quality of life in rural settlements of the Hassanlou County that is from the Naghadeh County. The present study was conducted using descriptiveanalytic method. The statistical population of the study consisted of two groups of rural households and local authorities.  To determine the sample size, the Cochran model was used and available samples were used for sampling. Field information was gathered using a questionnaire. The collected data was analyzed using the SPSS software package and Pearson correlation coefficient, single sample T, one way analysis of variance, Tukey test and the multicriteria decision making model WASPAS. The overall results from comparing the views of people and authorities showed that improving all of the indicators examined to sustain the quality of life in rural settlements is necessary. Therefore, there is a convergence between the views of both the people and the authorities. Overall, the research results showed that the level of quality of life in the studied range is lower than the average (with a score of 2.91). [1]Also, the results of the WASPAS analysis showed that the villages of Hasanlou, Baranye Kord and Sheikh Ahmad, ranked one, two and three, in terms of quality of life, and in comparison with other settlements, they are in a medium level of sustainability.
