نگرش گندم کاران در خصوص یکپارچه‌سازی اراضی و راهکارهای متناسب از دیدگاه آنان (مورد مطالعه: گندم کاران روستاهای شهرستان هشترود)

دستیابی به توسعه کشاورزی نیازمند طراحی و اجرای برنامه‌ها و استراتژی‌های صحیحی است که گام اول تدوین برنامه‌ها نیز شناسایی وضعیت موجود از بعد توانمندی‌ها و مشکلات می‌باشد. پراکندگی و قطعه‌قطعه بودن اراضی کشاورزی یکی از مهم‌ترین این مشکلات می‌باشد. تحقیق توصیفی-همبستگی حاضر باهدف بررسی نگرش گندم کاران شهرستان هشترود در خصوص یکپارچه‌سازی و راهکارهای متناسب برای یکپارچه‌سازی از دیدگاه آن‌ها در سال 1392 صورت گرفت. اعتبار و روایی ابزار تحقیق (پرسشنامه) با استفاده از نظرات اساتید و کارشناسان مرتبط تایید و پایایی آن نیز از طریق مطالعه مقدماتی و محاسبه آلفای کرونباخ برابر با 0.85 و 0.80 برای بخش نگرش و راهکارها به‌دقت آمد. جامعه آماری را کلیه گندم کاران نواحی روستایی شهرستان هشترود در استان آذربایجان شرقی تشکیل می‌دادند که 186 گندم‌کار به‌عنوان نمونه آماری با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و روش نمونه‌گیری چندمرحله‌ای تصادفی از 15 روستای این شهرستان انتخاب و موردمطالعه واقع شدند. نتایج نشان‌داد که اکثریت گندم کاران (67.7 درصد) نسبت به یکپارچه‌سازی نگرش نامساعدی دارند. نتایج تحلیل همبستگی نشان داد که بین سابقه کشاورزی با نگرش گندم‌کاران رابطه مثبت و معنی‌دار ولی بین تعداد قطعات کل با نگرش رابطه منفی و معنی‌داری وجود دارد. نتایج تحلیل عاملی نیز نشان‌داد که چهار عامل اقدامات بازدارنده، اقدامات مشاعیتعاونی، اقدامات حمایتی تسهیلاتی و اقدامات انگیزشی ترویجی 59.9 درصد از واریانس کل مربوط به راهکارهای یکپارچه‌سازی را تبیین کردند.

Wheat Farmer’s Land Consolidation Attitude and Suitable Solutions from Their Viewpoints in (Case Study: Hashtrood Township Rural Area

Proper planning and implementation of sound programs and strategies is vital to  agricultural development. Recognizing current problems and strengths of any section is required in the first step. One of the most important problems in the Iranian agriculture sector is land fragmentation. The purpose of this descriptivecorrelational study was to investigate wheat farmers’ attitude and land consolidation solutions from their viewpoints in the Hashtrood Township in year 2013. A group of experts from different majors confirmed the validity of the questionnaire used as our research tool and by conducting a pilot test and the Cronbach’s alpha was calculated to be equal to 0.85 for attitude scale and 0.8 for solution scale, and hence its reliability was verified. The target population consisted of all of the wheat farmers in the Hashtrood Township in the East Azerbaijan province 186 of whom  were selected as samples from 15 villages based on Cochran’s sampling formula and the multi stage randomized sampling method. An analysis of the attitudes of wheat farmers revealed that 67.7 and 32.3 percent of them have unfavorable and neutral attitudes towards land consolidation. Also, there is a significant positive relationship between farming experience and their attitude in land consolidation, but there is a negative relationship between it and their total land segments.  Factor analysis of data revealed that four factors named as deterrent actions, cooperativecommon actions, supportiveinfrastructural actions and motivational extension actions explained 59.9% of land consolidation solutions by wheat farmers.
