بررسی و تحلیل چالش‌های پیش روی تحقق اقتصاد مقاومتی در مناطق روستایی شهرستان رودبار جنوب

روستاها به واسطه در برگرفتن بخش عظیمی از منابع کشور، می‌توانند نقش کلیدی در تحقق اهداف اقتصاد مقاومتی داشته باشند که این امر نیازمند برطرف‌سازی چالش‌های پیش رو است. این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی و تحلیل چالش‌های پیش‌روی تحقق اقتصاد مقاومتی در مناطق روستایی شهرستان رودبارجنوب و به روش توصیفی تحلیلی انجام شده است. نوع نمونه‌گیری در این پژوهش، تصادفی طبقه‌ای می‌باشد. برای این‌کار، از بین مراکز سکونتگاهی این دهستان، 7 روستای دارای جمعیت بالای 100 نفر و توانا در امر کشاورزی(به عنوان مهم‌ترین فعالیت منطقه)، به عنوان نمونه مکانی انتخاب شدند که روی هم رفته، جمعیتی بالغ بر 1119 نفر را تشکیل می‌دهند که با استفاده از روش فرمول کوکران و طبق محاسبه خطای 6 درصد، 167 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری جهت پرسش‌گری انتخاب شدند. این فرایند در بازه زمانی سال 1396 اجرا شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها و اولویت‌بندی چالش‌ها از تحلیل عاملی استفاده شد. در انتها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار پرومیته به رتبه‌بندی روستاهای مورد نظر پرداخته شد. نتایج به‌دست آمده نشان داد در بین مهم‌ترین چالش‌های تحقق اقتصاد مقاومتی، مولفه مخاطرات محیطی بیشترین ضریب اثرگذاری را دارا می‌باشد. نتایج حاصل از نرم‌افزار پرومبته نشان داد؛ روستاهای علی‌آباد و عبدل آباد نسبت به شاخص‌های عاملی مشخص شده در اولویت اول قرار گرفته‌اند. با توجه به اینکه روستاهای مذکور، مهد استعدادهای مختلف اقتصادی است، پیشنهاد می‌شود با اجرای طرح‌های صنایع ریسندگی، حصیربافی، پرورش طیور، طرح‌های دامداری و دامپروری، زنبورعسل، اجرای طرح‌های مختلف کشاورزی و کشت گیاهان دارویی پرداخته شود که می‌تواند زمینه ساز تحولی بزرگ در روستاها باشد.

survey and analysis of the challenges facing the realization of Resistive economics in rural areas: Southern Rudbar

Villages can play a key role in achieving the goals of a resilient economy through the absorption of a large portion of the country’s resources, which requires addressing the challenges ahead. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the challenges facing the realization of resistive economy in rural areas of Roodbarjanob descriptiveanalytical method. The type of sampling in this study is stratified random. For this purpose, 7 villages with a population of over 100 and capable of agriculture (as the most important activity in the area) were selected from the settlements of this village as a total sample of 1119 According to Cochran’s formula and calculating the 6% error, 167 people were selected as the sample. This process was implemented in 1396. Factor analysis was used to analyze the data and prioritize the challenges. At the end, the villages were ranked by using Prometheus software. The results showed that among the most important challenges in the realization of the resistive economy, the environmental hazard component has the highest impact factor. The results of Prometheus software showed that Aliabad and Abdul Abad villages were in the first priority with respect to the specified factor indices. Considering that these villages are the cradle of different economic talents, it is suggested to implement spinning, matting, poultry, livestock and bee projects, beeswax, various agricultural projects and medicinal plants cultivation. It could be a groundbreaking development for Brzeg in the countryside.
