تحلیل ابعاد اقتصادی کشت محصولات فناوری زیستی نوین در مناطق روستایی ایران

هزینه‏ های پیش‏بینی اثرات اقتصادی محصولات فناوری زیستی نوین، بسیار بالا می‏باشد و پژوهش‏ های اقتصادی در خصوص اثرات کشت این محصولات در مناطق روستایی، می‏تواند نقشی مهم در طراحی مکانیسم‏های نظارتی کارآمد و سیستم های نوآوری کشاورزی ایفا کند. در همین راستا، پژوهش حاضر بر مبنای پارادایم کیفی و با استفاده از تحلیل محتوای کیفی به منظور تحلیل دیدگاه پژوهشگران مراکز تحقیقات کشاورزی در خصوص فرصت‏ها و تهدیدهای ابعاد اقتصادی کشت محصولات فناوری زیستی نوین در مناطق روستایی در سال 1398 انجام شد. به منظور جمع ‏آوری داده‏ها از شیوه مصاحبه نیمه‏ ساختار یافته با 23 نفر از پژوهشگران، با روش نمونه‏گیری گلوله‏برفی استفاده شد. یافته‏های این پژوهش نشان داد، در خصوص فرصت‏ها، «ناگزیر بودن حرکت به سمت نظام کشاورزی مبتنی بر مهندسی ژنتیک در جهت خودکفایی و صادرات» و در خصوص تهدیدها، «تحمیل نظام کشاورزی مبتنی بر مهندسی ژنتیک و مسایل سیاسی و بازاریابی» بر کشت محصولات فناوری زیستی نوین در مناطق روستایی تاثیرگذار بودند. در راستای نتایج حاصله، پیشنهاد می‏شود کمیته‏ ای متخصص تشکیل شود و در سه حیطه تکمیل پژوهش‏های فناوری زیستی نوین در زمینه توانایی تولید بذر و سایر نهاده ‏های محصولات فناوری زیستی نوین در داخل کشور، ارزیابی ایمنی اثرات زیست‏ محیطی و سلامتی محصولات فناوری زیستی نوین و ایجاد توافق نسبی بین موافقان و مخالفان فعالیت ‏کند، تا با تامین پیش‏نیازهای لازم، کشت این محصولات در مناطق روستایی در دستور کار قرار گیرد.

Analysis of Economic Dimensions of Cultivation of Modern Biotechnology Products in Rural Areas of Iran

The cost of forecasting the economical effects of modern biotechnology products is very high, and economic researches on the effects of cultivating these products in rural areas can play an important role in designing efficient monitoring mechanisms and agricultural innovation systems. In this regard, the present study was based on qualitative paradigm and using qualitative content analysis to analyze the views of researchers of agricultural research centers on opportunities and threats to the economic dimensions of cultivation of modern biotechnology products in rural areas in 2019. In order to collect data, a semistructured interview method with 23 researchers was used by snowball sampling method. The findings of this study showed that in terms of opportunities, &the inevitability of moving towards an agricultural system based on genetic engineering for selfsufficiency and export& and about of threats, &the imposition of agricultural system based on genetic engineering and political and marketing issues& influenced the cultivation of modern biotechnology products in rural areas. In line with the results, it is proposed to form a specialized committee and works in three areas: “completion of modern biotechnology researches in the field of ability to produce seeds and other inputs of modern biotechnology products in the country”, “safety assessment of environmental and health effects of modern biotechnology products” and “creating a relative agreement between proponents and opponents”, In order to provide the necessary prerequisites, cultivation of these crops in rural areas can be on the agenda.
