شاخصه‌های محتوایی و ساختاری خبر امید‌آفرین در سیمای رسانۀ ملی

یکی از مهم‌ترین و اصلی‌ترین بخش‌های تولیدی رسانه ملی بعنوان بزرگ‌ترین، تاثیرگذارترین و فراگیرترین نهاد فرهنگ‌ساز و جریان‌ساز در جامعه ایران، بخش تولید است که نقش بسیار مهمی در اطلاع‌رسانی و جریان‌سازی بعهده دارد. با وجود مشکلات فراوان در جامعه، رسانه‌های بیگانه نیز با ترویج بی‌اعتمادی و به‌‌تصویرکشیدن نمایی تیره‌وتار از آیندۀ کشور، درصدد گسترش یاس و ناامیدی هستند. با توجه به این شرایط، نقش رسانه ملی بطور عام و بخش‌های خبری آن بطور خاص، در امیدآفرینی بسیار موثر و حتی تعیین‌کننده است. این پژوهش با هدف دستیابی به شاخصه‌های محتوایی و ساختاری خبر امید‌آفرین در رسانۀ ملی با روش کیفی فراترکیب انجام شده است. در این تحقیق با بررسی تحقیقات پیشین در زمینۀ امید‌آفرینی از طریق ‌رسانه‌ها، 41 کد باز، 13 کد محوری (مفهوم) و 11 مقوله حاصل شد. مهم‌ترین مقوله‌های حاصل این تحقیق عبارتند از: سیاست‌گذاری خبری مناسب در پرداختن به موضوعات دیگر کشورها، استفاده از تاکتیک‌ها و تکنیک‌های پوشش خبری، خنثی‌سازی اقدامات ناامیدکننده رسانه‌های معاند، دادن وعده‌های تحقق‌آمیز به مردم، سیاست‌گذاری مناسب در پرداخت به اخبار مثبت و منفی، بازنمایی چشم‌انداز روشن نسبت به آینده و برآیند امیدآفرین بخش‌های خبری.

one of the most important and principal production units of the islamic republic of iran broadcasting (irib), as the largest, most influential and most comprehensive culture-creating and stream-forming institution in iranian society, is the news production unit of the irib’s television, which plays a very important role in informing and stream-forming. despite numerous problems in society, the foreign media also play a serious role in expanding hopelessness and despair by promoting mistrust and presenting a gloomy picture of the country’s future. considering these conditions, the role of radio and television, in general, and its news units, in particular, is very influential and even decisive in creating hope. the present research has been conducted to achieve the content and structural indicators of the promising news in the irib’s news with a qualitative method of meta-analysis. in this research, 41 open codes, 13 axial codes (concepts) and 11 categories were obtained by examining previous research in the field of creating hope through the media. the most important resulted categories from this study are as follows: appropriate news policy-making in dealing with the issues of other countries, using news coverage tactics and techniques, neutralizing the disappointing actions of the hostile media, making promises to people that will be fulfilled, appropriate policy-making in dealing with positive and negative news, representing a bright perspective towards future and promising outcome of the news sections.
