جلوه‌های بی‌ادبی کلامی در تلویزیون در چارچوب نظریه گفتمان کالپپر مطالعه موردی: سریال «مادرانه»

وجهه، خود انگاره عمومی است که هر فرد برای خود قائل است. وجهه، عبارت است از احترامی که هر فرد برای خود و آبروی خود قائل است. از طرفی، ادب توجه به وجهه طرف گفت وگو در طول مکالمه و در مقابل، بی ادبی تهدید وجهه است. کالپپر (2011) در نظریه گفتمان خود به راهکارهای اعمال بی‌ادبی براساس سه نوع وجهه فردی، رابطه‌ای، اجتماعی و دو نوع حقوق اجتماعی تساوی و وابستگی و ارتباط این مفاهیم اشاره می‌کند. این رویکرد بر عواملی چون بافت، هنجارهای اجتماعی و احساسات متمرکز و دارای ویژگی جمع مداری وجهه است. از این‌رو با چنین رویکردی می‌توان پدیده بی ادبی کلامی را در سریال های خانوادگی ایرانی بررسی کرد. این پژوهش در چارچوب این نظریه به این سوال پاسخ می‌دهد که نظریه گفتمان کالپپر در سریال «مادرانه» از چه زوایایی قابل بحث و این سریال حاوی کدام یک از الگوهای بی ادبی کلامی است. به این منظور تعداد 30 نمونه از گفت و گوهای حاوی ارتباط میان انواع وجهه و حقوق اجتماعی به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند، انتخاب و از روش توصیفی تحلیلی برای تحلیل آنهااستفاده شده است. یافته ها نشان می دهند که همه الگوهای بی ادبی کلامی شامل تهدید وجهه فردی، رابطه‌ای و اجتماعی با توجه به حقوق اجتماعی با جلوه های مختلف در این سریال بکار رفته که در این بین الگوی تهدید وجهه رابطه ای به میزان 86.6 درصد دارای بالاترین میزان وقوع است.

Verbal Impoliteness Patterns in Iranian Television Series with Culpeper Discourse Theory FrameworkCase study: Madaraneh

Prestige is the general selfimage and a kind of respect that a person considers for him/herself. Paying attention to somebody during the conversation is considered politeness and on the other hand, impoliteness is an attack to one’s prestige. In fact, all efforts made by a person to observe politeness to others, are considered prevention of his/her prestige from threatening (Brown & Levinson, 1987). Culpeper (2011) in his discourse theory points to different strategies of impoliteness based on quality/ relational/ social prestige and equities such as, social rights and association rights and also close relations between these concepts. Since Culpeper’s approach is based on factors like context, social norms and feelings and also contains collectivism aspect of prestige, so it could be employed to analyze verbal impoliteness in the Iranian TV family serials. This study is aimed to answer the question of which aspects of this theory can be discussed in “Madarane” TV serial and which patterns of verbal impoliteness it follows. For this purpose, based on purposive sampling, 30 samples of dialogues including relations between kinds of prestige and social rights were selected and analyzed by descriptiveanalytical method. The results showed that all the verbal impoliteness patterns including attack to the personal prestige, relational and social, were used in this serial and among them the relational prestige attack, by 86/6 percent, were at the highest rate.
