چالش ها و راهکارهای ارتقای وضعیت نظام آموزشی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز: تحلیل دیدگاه ذینفعان

زمینه. تربیت نیروی انسانی کارآمد از وظایف اصلی دانشگاه ها می باشد. با توجه به نقش آموزش در پرورش نیروی انسانی حرفه ای در نظام بهداشت کشور، بررسی وضعیت نظام آموزشی دانشگاه ها از اهمیت قابل توجهی برخوردار است. هدف مطالعه حاضر شناسایی و اولویت بندی چالش های موجود در نظام آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز و ارائه راهکارهای رفع آنها از دیدگاه ذینفعان (اعضای هیات علمی، دانشجویان، مدیران و کارکنان آموزشی دانشگاه) بود. روش کار. این مطالعه از نوع مطالعات تلفیقی (کیفی-کمی) بود که در تابستان 1402 در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز انجام گرفته است. شرکت کنندگان مطالعه در کل 583 نفر بودند (شامل 138 نفر از اعضای هیات علمی، 345 نفر از دانشجویان و 55 نفر از مدیران و کارکنان حیطه آموزش). ابزار جمع آوری داده ها در مرحله کیفی مطالعه پرسش نامه سوال باز و در مرحله کمی نیز پرسش نامه سوال بسته بود. برای اولویت بندی چالش ها از ماتریس اولویت بندی استفاده گردید که شامل 4 شاخص: اهمیت، قابلیت رفع، هزینه- اثربخشی و فوریت بود. یافته ها. نبود فضا و امکانات مناسب برای دانشجویان در کارآموزی ها و کارورزی ها، مشغله کاری زیاد اساتید، ارتباط کم دانشگاه با سایر دانشگاه ها و مراکز آموزشی، عدم انتخاب مسئولین آموزشی بر اساس شایستگی ها و توانمندی های آنها و کمبود تعداد اساتید مهم ترین چالش های آموزشی بودند. نتیجه گیری. با توجه به یافته های این مطالعه برنامه ریزی برای رفع چالش های ذکر شده از سوی مسئولین و مدیران این دانشگاه به منظور بهبود نظام آموزشی علوم پزشکی تبریز باید در اولویت نهاد های مربوطه قرار گیرد.

background. training efficient human resources is one of the main missions of universities. considering the role of education in the development of professional human resources in the health system, it is essential to evaluate the status of the educational system in iranian universities. the present study aimed to identify and prioritize the challenges in the educational system of tabriz university of medical sciences as well as to provide solutions for dealing with them based on the viewpoints of investors (i.e., faculty members, students, managers, and teaching staff of the university). methods. this mixed method study (i.e., qualitative-quantitative study) was conducted in tabriz university of medical sciences in the summer of 2023. the total number of the participants was 538, including 138 faculty members, 345 students, and 55 managers and employees in the field of education. the data collection tool in the qualitative phase of the study was an open-question questionnaire, but that in the quantitative phase was a closed-question one. the prioritization matrix was used to prioritize the challenges, which included four indicators of importance, solvability, cost-effectiveness, and urgency. results. a lack of the space and suitable facilities for students during their internships and internships, a professors' workload, a lack of the connection between tabriz university and other universities/educational centers, a failure to select educational authorities based on their qualifications and capabilities, and a lack of professors were the most serious educational challenges. conclusion. the lack of suitable space and facilities for students during their internships and the insufficient number of professors were two of the most serious educational challenges at tabriz university of medical sciences. therefore, it was recommended that the authorities and managers of this university should pay urgent attention to these challenges and do careful planning to address them.
