طراحی الگوی راهبردی زیست بوم نوآوری در حوزه سلامت با استفاده از نظریه داده بنیاد

زمینه و اهداف: هدف اصلی پژوهش، طراحی الگوی زیست بوم نوآوری در حوزه زیست فناوری در تبریز و تعیین اجزای زیست بوم نوآوری است که با روش داده بنیاد انجام شده است. مواد و روش ها: روش شناسی پژوهش از نوع گراندد تئوری بود. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته استفاده و تجزیه وتحلیل اطلاعات به روش استراوس و کوربین و مدل پارادایمی انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری از طریق نمونه گیری هدف مند و گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند و تا دستیابی به حد اشباع ادامه یافت. کل مصاحبه شوندگان در این پژوهش 18 نفر از اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز، مدیران تحقیقات و فناوری و برنامه ریزی آموزش عالی و ارتباط دانشگاه با صنعت و موسسه نوآوری استان، مدیران شرکت های دانش بنیان و کارشناسان سازمان پژوهش های علمی و صنعتی ایران، مدیران کارخانه های داروسازی زهراوی، سرم سازی رازی، داروسازی دانا تشکیل می دادند. یافته ها: مولفه های موثر بر اکوسیستم نوآوری از طریق تجزیه تحلیل نتایج محتوای متن مصاحبه ها طی فرایند کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی، به ایجاد نظریه داده بنیاد در حوزه اکوسیستم نوآوری در حوزه سلامت منجر شد. مدل طراحی شده در این پژوهش شامل ابعاد و مولفه های موثر، موانع و راهبردها، شرایط علی، زمینه ای، واسطه ای و عناصر تشکیل دهنده است که پدیده محوری، پیامدها و راهبردها را نشان می دهد. شناسه ها و عوامل زیست بوم نوآوری 150 کد و 40 مفاهیم، 5 مقوله اصلی از مصاحبه ها و ادبیات تحقیق در قالب الگوی مفهومی داده بنیاد تدوین شد. بر اساس نتایج تحقیق عوامل علی (دولت، سرمایه مالی)، مقوله محوری (دانشگاه و موسسات تحقیقاتی)، راهبردها (تاسیس دانشگاه و موسسات پژوهش محور، کوتاه کردن روند اخذ مجوزهای لازم، حمایت دولت از تحقیق و توسعه، مشوق های مادی و معنوی و افزایش سرمایه گذاری ریسک پذیر)، پیامدها (توسعه و رشد اقتصادی) و عوامل زمینه ای (جذابیت محل، خدمات بانکی، حقوق مالکیت معنوی) شرایط مداخله گر (فرهنگ) شناسایی شد. نتیجه گیری: روند مورد مطالعه در قالب خط داستان نظریه داده بنیاد توضیح داده شد. سرانجام، الگوی اکوسیستم نوآوری در حوزه زیست فناوری طراحی و تحلیل شد.

Designing a Strategic Model of Innovation Ecosystem by Using Grounded Theory in the Field of Biotechnology

Background and Objectives: The main purpose of this research is to design an innovation ecosystem model in the field of biotechnology in Tabriz and to determine the components of the innovation ecosystem that has been done by the ecosystem data method. Material and Methods: This study was conducted by grounded theory. Semistructured interviews were used for data collection and data analysis was performed using Strauss and Corbin method and paradigm model. The statistical population of this study consisted of 18 faculty members of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences, directors of research and technology and higher education planning, and the university's relationship with industry and innovation institute of the province, managers of knowledgebased companies and experts of Iran's Scientific and Industrial Research Organization, managers of Zahravi Pharmaceutical Factories, Razi Serum Manufacturing, Dana Pharmaceutical Compan., whichwas done through purposive sampling and snowball method. The interviews were continued until saturation was achieved. Results: The components affecting the innovation ecosystem led to the creation of a databased theory in the field of health innovation ecosystem by analyzing the results of the content of the interviews during the open, pivotal and selected coding process. The model designed in this study includes effective dimensions and components, barriers and strategies, causal, contextal, mediating and constituent elements that show the pivotal phenomenon, consequences and strategies. The identifiers and factors of the innovation ecosystem of 150 codes and 40 concepts, 5 main components of interviews and research literature were developed in the form of a conceptual model of data foundation. Based on the results of the research, causal factors (government, financial capital), central issue (university and research institutes), strategies (establishment of universities and researchbased institutions, shortening the process of obtaining necessary permits, government support for research and development, material and spiritual incentives and increasing risky investment), consequences (economic development and growth) and underlying factors (attractiveness of place, banking services, intellectual property rights) intervening conditions (culture) were identified. Conclusion: The studied process was explained in the form of a story line of data foundation theory. Finally, the model of biotechnology innovation ecosystem was designed and analyzed
