شناسایی عوامل موثر در تعیین نام نویسندگی از دیدگاه محققین دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز: یک مطالعه کیفی

زمینه و اهداف: تعیین درست نام نویسندگان و مشارکت کنندگان در اثر علمی یکی از ابعاد مهم مالکیت معنوی است و نقش مهمی در سنجش علمی بروندادهای علمی کشورها ، سازمان ها و افراد دارد. ازاین رو هدف اصلی این مطالعه شناسایی عوامل موثر در تعیین نام نویسندگی از دیدگاه محققین دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز بود.مواد و روش ها: مطالعه حاضر به روش تحقیق کیفی و با استفاده از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته انجام گرفت. جامعه پژوهش را اعضای هیئت علمی، سردبیران و ویراستاران مجلات، هیئت داوری مقالات و پایان نامه ها، محققین، پژوهشگران و دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز تشکیل دادند. حجم نمونه پژوهش به صورت نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شد. با 27 نفر از افراد واجد شرایط مصاحبه انجام یافت. چارچوب راهنمای مصاحبه این مطالعه بر پایه ی تحقیق دلوین و گری بنا شد. برای تجزیه وتحلیل یافته ها از نرم افزار maxqda v10 استفاده شد.یافته ها: یافته های به دست آمده در رابطه با شناسایی عوامل موثر در تعیین نام نویسندگی نشان داد، اکثریت مشارکت کنندگان بر این عقیده بودند که علاوه بر ذکر نام افرادی که شرایط کسب عنوان نویسندگی را دارا هستند، عواملی دیگر (بر اساس قوانین و عرف حاکم بر جامعه)، شامل روابط بین افراد، مقام ها و منسب های افراد، تسهیل شدن چاپ مقاله، مسائل مادی و قرارداد فرضی بین افراد، سبب می شود نام یک سری افراد دیگر در مقاله گنجانده شود.نتیجه گیری: بررسی نتایج این مطالعه چنین نگرانی ایجاد می کند که مسئله روابط و منافع بین افراد در درازمدت ممکن است باعث شود اصل کیفیت و ارزش های علمی محققان و آثار علمی نقض شوند.

Identifying Effective Factors in Determining Authorship from the Viewpoints of Researchers at Tabriz University of Medical Sciences: A Qualitative Study

Background and Objectives: The correct determination of the authorship in a scholarly work is one of the major dimensions of intellectual property and plays a very important role in the assessment of the scientific outputs of countries, organizations and individuals. Therefore, the main objective of this study was identifying effective factors in determining authorship from the viewpoints of the researchers of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences. Material and Methods: The present study was carried out using qualitative research method and semistructured interviews. The study population consisted of faculty members, editorsinchief, editors of journals, reviewers of manuscripts and dissertations, researchers, and graduated students of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences. The sampling was done by purposive sampling method. The interview was conducted with 27 eligible participants. The guidebook for interviewing was based on the DelvineGray study. The MAXQDA v10 software was used to analyze the findings. Results: Findings of this study showed that the majority of the participants believed that, in addition to mentioning the names of those who have acquired to be an author, other factors (according to the rules and conventions governing the community), including the relationships between individuals, officials and personalities of individuals, facilitating the publication of a paper, monetary issues and hypothetical contracts between individuals, make the name of others included in the article. Conclusion: The results of this study raise concerns that longterm relationships and interests between individuals may violate the principle of quality and scientific values of researchers and scientific works.
