پیامدهای سالمندی جمعیت در ایران با تاکید بر چالش روزافزون نظام سلامت (مطالعه مروری)

رشد فزاینده جمعیت سالمند و پیامدهای آن باعث شده است که در اکثر جوامع، سالمندی جمعیت به عنوان مسئله ای اجتماعی مورد توجه قرار گیرد. هر چند مواجهه کشورهای مختلف با پدیده سالمندی جمعیت به نسبت توسعه یافتگی، با تقدم و تاخر زمانی همراه است ولی افق های آتی حکایت از رویارویی جوامع مختلف با این پدیده دارد. بر اساس نتایج سرشماری ها، نسبت جمعیت 60 سال و بالاتر کشور از 6/6 % در سال 1375 به 8.2 % در 1390 رسیده و طبق پیش بینی در سال 1425 به 22% خواهد رسید. این مطالعه با هدف برجسته نمودن اهمیت توجه به پدیده قریب الوقوع سالمندی جمعیت و چالش های فراروی نظام سلامت ایران انجام شده است.مواد و روش ها : مطالعه حاضر یک بررسی متون است که در آن از داده ها و نتایج سرشماریهای مرکز آمار ایران، پایگاه داده های جمعیتی سازمان ملل متحد، وبسایت سازمان بهداشت جهانی، پایگاه داده های مرتبط انگلیسی و فارسی شامل sid, pubmed., medline, isi گزارش سازمان های فعال در زمینه سالمندان، کتاب ها، پایان نامه ها، مجلات و نشریات مرتبط با سیاست های بهداشتی ایران استفاده شده است.بحث و نتیجه گیری : سالمندی جمعیت در ایران با شیب تندی در حال وقوع است؛ لیکن هنوز برنامه ریزی و تمرکز کافی در این زمینه صورت نگرفته و ساماندهی امور سالمندان از پشتوانه قانونی کافی برخوردار نمی باشد. تحلیل وضعیت فعلى و دورنماى آینده حاکى از وجود چالش ها و مشکلات فراوان در حال حاضر و پیچیده تر شدن و گسترش یافتن چالش ها و مشکلات در آینده نه چندان دور است. لذا توجه جدی به ساماندهی، حمایت و ارتقاء سلامت سالمندان، گرچه دیر هنگام ولی امری اجتناب ناپذیر است.

Consequences of Population Aging in Iran with Emphasis on its Increasing Challenges on the Health System (Literature Review)

​ Background and objectives: Nowadays among majority of societies, the problem of aging as a social issue has been concentrated due to its rapid increase and its consequences. Regarding level of its development, each country would face the problem sooner or later but it can be predicted that most societies will encounter the phenomena. According to the present statistics in Iran, the ratio of population above 6o years has been raised from 6.6 % in 1996 to 8.2 % in 2011 and it is predicted that would go up to 22% in 2047. The present study actually tries to highlight the importance of engaging in such imminent phenomena that may cause numerous challenges to the health system. Material and Methods: The present study is a literature review inside which, obtained data from various resources like Statistical Center of Iran, UN‘s databases, WHO website, English and Persian databases alongside with ISI, Pubmed, Medline and SID indexes, reports by active organizations in terms of aging issues, books, dissertations, journals and finally the magazines about health policies in Iran are collected and processed. Discussion and Conclusion: Aging problem in Iran is going to emerge rapidly, yet without adequate planning and concentration. In addition, there is no enough legal support to settle aged people’s affairs. Analysis of present situations and future perspectives can divulge the present challenges, problems and the complication of growing obstacles in a near future. Though it is too late by now, there seems to be inevitable to settle down, support and promote health in aging population.
