مطالعه تولیدات علمی حوزه روان پزشکی در پایگاه اسکوپوس

​ زمینه: با توجه به سهم بسیار زیاد مشکلات بهداشت روان و شیوع اختلالات روان پزشکی پژوهش در حوزه سلامت روان از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تولیدات علمی حوزه روان پزشکی طی سال های 2000-2012 در پایگاه اسکوپوس می باشد. روش کار : دراین پژوهش تلاش شده با بررسی 27516 رکورد مقاله که درپایگاه اسکوپوس دربازه زمانی 20002012 منتشر شده اند با استفاده از روش علم سنجی به بررسی نویسندگان و موسسات فعال و کشورهای پیشرو در این حوزه پرداخته شود و در کنار آن به بررسی مجلات هسته نمایه شده در پایگاه گزارش استنادی مجلات با استفاده از شاخص تاثیر پرداخته شده است. یافته ها : نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که کشورهای ایالات متحده امریکا، انگلستان و آلمان در حوزه روان پزشکی در صدر کشورها قرار دارند. همچنین 40 مجله هسته در این حوزه وجود دارد که دارای ضریب تاثیر بالای 3 می باشند. کالج سلطنتی لندن با تعداد  565 رکورد مقاله، مرکز پزشکی وی آ با تعداد 534 مقاله و دانشکده پزشکی هاروارد با 289 مقاله در صدر موسسات فعال و پرکار از نظر انتشار مقالات حوزه روانپزشکی قرار دارند. در ایران نیز دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران با 37 رکورد مقاله، دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز با 16مقاله و دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان با 9مقاله جزو پرکارترین دانشگاه های ایران از نظر انتشار مقالات این حوزه هستند. در میان نویسندگان بین المللی بایدرمن (biederman) با اختصاص 13%مقالات، بیرماهر (birmaher) 12% مقالات و وایتایلو (vitiello) با 11% سهم بسزایی در انتشار مقالات این حوزه بر عهده دارند. در ایران نیز محمدی با 9 مقاله   آخوند زاده 8 مقاله و امینی و غنی زاده هر کدام با 7 مقاله جزو محققان پرکار این حوزه هستند. نتیجه گیری : تولیدات علمی حوزه روان پزشکی در ایران اگرچه نسبت به کشورهای قدرتمند علمی در سطح پایینی قرار دارد؛ اما در سالهای اخیر روند رو به رشدی از خود نشان داده است. نتایج این تحقیق می تواند به عنوان سندی در دست محققان برای مشخص کردن مسیر پیش رو در تحقیقات و همچنین ابزاری برای برنامه ریزی استراتژیک در بخش سلامت روان مورد استفاده  قرار بگیرد.

A Bibliometric Study of Scientific Literature of Psychiatry in Scopus

​Background and Objectives : Due to the large proportion of mental health problems and psychiatric disorders, research in the field of mental health is of great significance. The main objective of this study was to investigate the scientific productivity in the field of psychiatry in the Scopus database (20002012). Material and Methods : In this study, we tried to examine 27,516 records of articles which were published in Scopus databases during 20002012. Then, by using scientometric method, we surveyed authors, active institutes and leading countries in this field and along side, core journals were studied in journal citation report by using impact factor. Results : The results showed that the United States of America, England and Germany are the top countries in the field of psychiatry. Also, there are 40 core journals in this field which have an impact factor higher than 3. London Kings College with 565 articles, VA Medical Center with a total of 534 articles and Harvard Medical School with 289 articles are on the top of active institutions in the field of psychiatry. In Iran, Tehran University of Medical Sciences with 37 articles, Shiraz University of Medical Sciences with 16 articles and Isfahan University of Medical Sciences with 9 articles were the most active universities in Iran in publishing articles. Among international authors, Biederman with13% of the articles, Birmaher with12% and Vitiello with11% have a considerable role in publishing in this field. In Iran Mohammadi with  9 articles, Akhundzade with 8 articles and Amini and Qanizadeh with 7 articles were active researchers. In comparison with other countries, Iran has a light portion of the research in this field but it has shown a growing trend in publishing in recent years. Conclusion : The results of this research can be used as evidence for researchers to determine the path ahead in research and as a tool for strategic planning used in the mental health sector.
